Two-way sync
Changes in Jumpcloud or Syspro instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Jumpcloud and Syspro in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
An ERP and an identity system describe the same workforce from two angles. Syspro holds the authoritative record of who works at the company, and often their department, title, manager, and cost center. Jumpcloud controls the accounts, groups, and access those same people use every day. When the two aren't connected, every hire, transfer, and departure has to be keyed twice, and the window between someone leaving in Syspro and their account still being active in Jumpcloud is a real security exposure.
Stacksync syncs Warehouses, Customers, Suppliers, Inventory items in Syspro with Systems (devices), System Groups, Applications (SSO), Policies in Jumpcloud in real time, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution in place of CSV exports and nightly jobs. A new hire, a department change, or a termination propagates within seconds, and where you want changes to flow both ways — the ERP's org data into the directory, account status back into the ERP — the same mapping handles it.
That matters most at offboarding and audit time. When the directory reflects the ERP's current headcount and org structure, disabling access no longer depends on someone remembering to update a second system, and access reviews start from a roster both sides already agree on.
People are matched across both systems on an identifier you choose, such as work email or employee ID, so there is a single accurate list of who is active.
A person added in one system gets a matching account or record in the other automatically, so a new hire can be granted access without anyone re-keying their details.
When a person is marked terminated or inactive in one system, the matching account is disabled in the other within seconds, closing the gap that leaves ex-employees with live access.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Jumpcloud objects | Syspro objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Applications (SSO) SAML and OIDC SSO app configs; read via v2 /applications and their user/group assignments created and removed to control who can reach each connected app. | Inventory items The stock master, kept aligned with WMS and e-commerce catalogs. | Applications (SSO) is specific to Jumpcloud and Inventory items to Syspro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Policies Device configuration and MDM policies; read, created from templates, and updated via v2 /policies, then bound to systems and system groups to enforce settings across the fleet. | Sales orders Orders written in from storefronts and CRMs, with status read back out. | Policies is specific to Jumpcloud and Sales orders to Syspro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Commands Scripts and commands run on managed systems; full CRUD via v1 /commands, then triggered on target systems and groups for automation and remediation. | Purchase orders Procurement documents synced with supplier portals and receiving. | Commands is specific to Jumpcloud and Purchase orders to Syspro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Directory Insights events Audit stream of logins and admin actions across SSO, LDAP, RADIUS, systems, and MDM; read-only, queried by POST and used as the change feed and SIEM source. | Jobs (work orders) Manufacturing jobs and WIP tracked for production reporting. | Directory Insights events is specific to Jumpcloud and Jobs (work orders) to Syspro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| System Users (Users) Directory user accounts (email, username, attributes, status, MFA, group and app bindings); full CRUD via the v1 /systemusers API - create, update, activate or suspend, and delete to match an HR or identity source. | Bills of materials Product structures referenced when syncing manufacturing data. | System Users (Users) is specific to Jumpcloud and Bills of materials to Syspro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| User Groups User groups that grant app, LDAP, and RADIUS access; created, updated, and deleted via v2 /usergroups, with membership managed through the graph association endpoints. | AR invoices Billing documents surfaced to CRMs and finance reporting. | User Groups is specific to Jumpcloud and AR invoices to Syspro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionJumpcloud notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. No database-style change log.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Syspro through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionStacksync polls Syspro for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling.

Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Jumpcloud–Syspro connection.
Changes in Jumpcloud or Syspro instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Jumpcloud or Syspro data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Jumpcloud or Syspro record.
Track your Jumpcloud ⇄ Syspro sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Jumpcloud and Syspro.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Jumpcloud and Syspro with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Jumpcloud and Syspro objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Jumpcloud and Syspro: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Jumpcloud's Applications (SSO) and Policies), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Jumpcloud and Syspro records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Jumpcloud and Syspro connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Jumpcloud–Syspro integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Jumpcloud and Syspro. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Jumpcloud: No database-style change log. The Directory Insights API is queried by POST for login and admin events across SSO, LDAP, RADIUS, systems, MDM, and directory services - including the association_change event that records user-to-group and policy-to-device membership changes; Webhook Channels tied to Insights Rules POST JSON to a registered endpoint for near-real-time triggers. On Syspro: Polling; the ERP does not expose a change feed to external consumers. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
On the Syspro side: Warehouses, Customers, Suppliers, Inventory items, plus custom fields where Syspro exposes them. On the Jumpcloud side: Systems (devices), System Groups, Applications (SSO), Policies. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
