Real-time sync
Changes in 6sense or Ukg Pro instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep 6sense and Ukg Pro in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
6sense is a read-only source: Stacksync reads its data in real time and delivers it into Ukg Pro, so Ukg Pro always reflects the current state of 6sense — without exports, scripts, or schedulers.
6sense runs on people as much as on accounts: every contact, deal, and account has an owner, and those owners are employees whose roles, teams, and status are held in Ukg Pro. Ukg Pro is the system of record for the workforce, from new hires to promotions to departures, and often for the candidates the business is still deciding on. When the two systems are connected only by re-keying or an overnight export, they drift apart, and the CRM ends up assigning accounts to people who have left, holding territories that no longer match the org chart, and waiting days to give a new rep access.
When Ukg Pro records a new hire, a matching user or owner is created in 6sense, so a new rep can start working accounts without waiting on a manual setup ticket.
When a person changes team, manager, or region in Ukg Pro, their accounts and territory assignments in 6sense update to match, so pipeline stays with the right owner.
When Ukg Pro marks a worker as departed, the matching user in 6sense is flagged or deactivated, so former employees do not keep CRM access after their last day.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| 6sense objects | Ukg Pro objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Segments Dynamic account lists built from intent and fit criteria, read out to drive targeting. | Terminations Termination transactions posted with a terminationDate and a reason code that must match the tenant's configured reason table; drives account deprovisioning. | Segments is specific to 6sense and Terminations to Ukg Pro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Buying Stage Scores Model-predicted stage per account, synced onto CRM records for prioritization. | Configuration Setup (Code Tables) Reference data such as jobs, locations, positions, earnings, and deduction codes; used to resolve and validate field values when mapping records during sync. | Buying Stage Scores is specific to 6sense and Configuration Setup (Code Tables) to Ukg Pro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Intent Signals Keyword-level research activity used to flag in-market accounts. | Time & Attendance (UTA) Timekeeping and worked-hours data exposed by the UTA services; synced into scheduling, payroll, or workforce-analytics databases. | Intent Signals is specific to 6sense and Time & Attendance (UTA) to Ukg Pro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| People / Contacts Persona and contact data surfaced for accounts, used to build outreach lists. | Employee (Person Details) Core worker record with demographics and identifiers; read by listing employee IDs then fetching each profile, and created on hire via the personnel/onboarding endpoints. | People / Contacts is specific to 6sense and Employee (Person Details) to Ukg Pro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Reach Scores Model scores reflecting the level and recency of outreach to an account or contact, used to prioritize follow-up. | Employment Details Employment status, hire and service dates, and company assignment; the record that drives active/terminated state for provisioning downstream. | Reach Scores is specific to 6sense and Employment Details to Ukg Pro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Accounts Company records enriched with firmographics and intent data, matched to CRM accounts. | Job / Position History Effective-dated job, position, department, supervisor, location, and cost center; the most-synced record for org charts, provisioning, and analytics. | Accounts is specific to 6sense and Job / Position History to Ukg Pro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls 6sense for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Ukg Pro through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionUkg Pro notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. No CDC stream.
Delivery6sense does not accept inbound record writes, so this direction carries requests rather than records: 6sense's output flows back as field updates on the originating Ukg Pro records.

Pick the 6sense and Ukg Pro objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time integration between 6sense and Ukg Pro — 6sense is a read-only source, so data flows from it into the other system: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync, map fields visually, and changes propagate in milliseconds — no code required.
Common patterns for 6sense and Ukg Pro: New team members provisioned when they are hired; Ownership and territory follow the org chart; Deactivate access when someone leaves. When Ukg Pro records a new hire, a matching user or owner is created in 6sense, so a new rep can start working accounts without waiting on a manual setup ticket.
6sense: REST API. Authentication: API key (token passed in request headers). Ukg Pro: REST API (UKG Pro HCM REST services) with separate Onboarding and Recruiting REST APIs, plus legacy SOAP-based UKG Pro Web Services. Authentication: Core HCM REST APIs use HTTP Basic authentication with a dedicated web service account, plus a Customer API Key and a User API Key sent as headers (found under System Configuration > Security > Service Account Administration); the Onboarding and Recruiting REST APIs instead require a bearer Authorization Token from the token endpoint. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
6sense: Segments are dynamic: accounts enter and leave based on intent and fit criteria, so integrations re-read membership rather than treating lists as static. Ukg Pro: Reads are two-step and offset-paginated — a list call returns employee IDs, then a per-employee call fetches the full profile — with a small maximum page size, so large tenants require many paged requests. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between 6sense and Ukg Pro without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means 6sense and Ukg Pro records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed 6sense and Ukg Pro connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom 6sense–Ukg Pro integration in-house.
