Real-time sync
Changes in 6sense or Hibob instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep 6sense and Hibob in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
6sense is a read-only source: Stacksync reads its data in real time and delivers it into Hibob, so Hibob always reflects the current state of 6sense — without exports, scripts, or schedulers.
6sense runs on people as much as on accounts: every contact, deal, and account has an owner, and those owners are employees whose roles, teams, and status are held in Hibob. Hibob is the system of record for the workforce, from new hires to promotions to departures, and often for the candidates the business is still deciding on. When the two systems are connected only by re-keying or an overnight export, they drift apart, and the CRM ends up assigning accounts to people who have left, holding territories that no longer match the org chart, and waiting days to give a new rep access.
When Hibob marks a worker as departed, the matching user in 6sense is flagged or deactivated, so former employees do not keep CRM access after their last day.
A person's name, title, email, phone, or manager corrected in either system updates the other, so both stop maintaining separate copies of the same individual.
A person recorded in Hibob, such as a candidate or applicant, can create or update the matching contact in 6sense, so relationship history and outreach are not rebuilt from scratch when the same individual appears in both.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| 6sense objects | Hibob objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Intent Signals Keyword-level research activity used to flag in-market accounts. | Documents Employee documents accessed under the Docs API; gated behind the Documents permission granted per service user. | Intent Signals is specific to 6sense and Documents to Hibob — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| People / Contacts Persona and contact data surfaced for accounts, used to build outreach lists. | Named lists Dropdown option lists such as departments and sites used to resolve field values when mapping People records during sync. | People / Contacts is specific to 6sense and Named lists to Hibob — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Reach Scores Model scores reflecting the level and recency of outreach to an account or contact, used to prioritize follow-up. | People (Employees) Core employee records with out-of-the-box and custom fields; read via POST /people/search, created and updated through the /people endpoints. | Reach Scores is specific to 6sense and People (Employees) to Hibob — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Accounts Company records enriched with firmographics and intent data, matched to CRM accounts. | Employment Historical table of job terms, contract, and working pattern under /people/{id}/employment; full CRUD, entries keyed by effectiveDate. | Accounts is specific to 6sense and Employment to Hibob — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Segments Dynamic account lists built from intent and fit criteria, read out to drive targeting. | Work Reporting line, department, site, and title under /people/{id}/work; drives the org chart and is synced two-way to directories. | Segments is specific to 6sense and Work to Hibob — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Buying Stage Scores Model-predicted stage per account, synced onto CRM records for prioritization. | Salaries Compensation history at /people/{id}/salaries; full CRUD but gated behind the Payroll permission on the service user. | Buying Stage Scores is specific to 6sense and Salaries to Hibob — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls 6sense for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Hibob through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionHibob notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhooks fire for employee created/updated/deleted, table-entry created/updated, time off, and lifecycle events.
Delivery6sense does not accept inbound record writes, so this direction carries requests rather than records: 6sense's output flows back as field updates on the originating Hibob records.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every 6sense–Hibob connection.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate 6sense and Hibob with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the 6sense and Hibob objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time integration between 6sense and Hibob — 6sense is a read-only source, so data flows from it into the other system: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync, map fields visually, and changes propagate in milliseconds — no code required.
Change detection on 6sense: Polling; scores and segment membership are typically refreshed on the platform's model update cadence. On Hibob: Webhooks fire for employee created/updated/deleted, table-entry created/updated, time off, and lifecycle events; the employee.updated payload flags which fields changed and Bob recommends an API call for the full record. There is no CDC stream, and deleting a table entry fires no webhook (Bob has no table-entry deletion event). Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
On the 6sense side: People / Contacts, Reach Scores, Accounts, Segments, plus custom fields where 6sense exposes them. On the Hibob side: Lifecycle, Documents, Named lists, People (Employees). Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
6sense is a read-only source, so this integration runs one-way: Stacksync reads from 6sense in real time and delivers into Hibob. Field mapping and monitoring work the same as for two-way pairs.
Common patterns for 6sense and Hibob: Deactivate access when someone leaves; One directory of people; Where Hibob tracks people the business also engages: contacts stay in sync. When Hibob marks a worker as departed, the matching user in 6sense is flagged or deactivated, so former employees do not keep CRM access after their last day.
6sense: REST API. Authentication: API key (token passed in request headers). Hibob: REST API (the Bob API). Authentication: Service User credentials over HTTP Basic auth (Base64-encoded serviceUserId:serviceUserToken); permissions granted per data category (People, Payroll, Documents) in Bob admin. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
