Exceeding the limit returns HTTP 429, and UKG recommends a roughly one-second looping backoff before resuming (a Retry-After header is not yet standard). Reads are offset-paginated.
  • VoltDB: No API rate limits; throughput is bounded by partition count and cluster sizing.
