Two-way sync
Changes in HubSpot or SAP instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep HubSpot and SAP in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
HubSpot holds the customer relationship; SAP runs the operations and records behind the business. The two overlap wherever the same organizations and transactions matter to both, and when that overlap is bridged by re-keying or overnight batch, each side spends the day working from stale data.
Stacksync syncs Audit, Contact, Company, Deal in HubSpot with Purchase Orders, Outbound Deliveries, Billing Documents, GL Accounts and Journal Entries in SAP field by field, in real time, and in both directions. You decide which system owns which fields; Stacksync keeps every copy consistent and resolves conflicts by rules you set.
Owners, territories, and org structure informed by SAP stay current in HubSpot.
A deal won in HubSpot creates or updates the customer in SAP with clean data, so fulfillment and invoicing start without re-entry.
Invoice and payment state from SAP shows on the account in HubSpot, so reps see balances before promising the next order.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.

Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every HubSpot–SAP connection.
Changes in HubSpot or SAP instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever HubSpot or SAP data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single HubSpot or SAP record.
Track your HubSpot ⇄ SAP sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between HubSpot and SAP.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate HubSpot and SAP with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the HubSpot and SAP objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between HubSpot and SAP: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as HubSpot's Goal and Owner), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
HubSpot: REST API (CRM v3). Authentication: OAuth (choose HubSpot account and authorize Stacksync); requires a HubSpot 'Super Admin' to grant access; optional "Grant access to sensitive fields" checkbox for sensitive/highly sensitive fields. SAP: OData (v2/v4) APIs on S/4HANA; BAPI/RFC and IDoc on ECC and on-prem systems; SOAP services. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 or basic auth via communication arrangements on cloud editions; SAP user credentials for RFC on-prem. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
HubSpot: CDC Boost requires manually creating rollup calculation properties in HubSpot per association table (the unlabeled _label_none rollup is mandatory) and a sync restart to activate. SAP: On ECC, writes go through BAPIs or IDocs so document flow and posting logic are enforced; direct writes to database tables are not a supported path. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between HubSpot and SAP without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means HubSpot and SAP records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed HubSpot and SAP connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom HubSpot–SAP integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both HubSpot and SAP. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
