Two-way sync
Changes in Affinity or Salesforce instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Affinity and Salesforce in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Two CRMs in one company is more common than anyone plans for: an acquisition brings its own system, regions or business units standardize differently, or a migration is under way and both are live. In every case, some of the same companies and people exist in both systems, and every day of manual double entry pushes the copies further apart.
Stacksync syncs Interactions, Reminders, Lists, List Entries in Affinity with Campaigns, Tasks and Events, Products and Price Books, Custom Objects in Salesforce in real time and in both directions, with field-level mapping and matching on identifiers you choose. Update a record in either CRM and the other reflects it within seconds.
Deal stage and value on shared accounts stay visible from either CRM.
Keep both CRMs accurate while the merged team decides on a target system, instead of freezing one and losing months of updates.
When one CRM is replacing the other, run both fully live until cutover, with no snapshot gap and no data freeze.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Affinity objects | Salesforce objects | |
|---|---|---|
| Organizations Company records matched to accounts in other systems by domain. | Contacts People linked to Accounts; synced two-way with marketing, support, and warehouse person records. | |
| Opportunities Deal records tracked on lists and synced with pipeline reporting. | Leads Unqualified prospects; often written into Salesforce from enrichment or product-signup pipelines. | |
| Field Values Custom field data, either global or scoped to a list, mapped field-by-field in syncs. | Opportunities Deal records with stage and amount; synced to databases for pipeline reporting and to ERPs at close. | |
| Notes Meeting and call notes synced for record-keeping in other systems. | Cases Support records; synced with help desk tools or internal databases for escalation workflows. | |
| Interactions Automatically captured emails and meetings, read for activity reporting. | Campaigns Marketing membership data; read out for attribution analysis in the warehouse. | |
| Reminders Follow-up tasks associated with people and organizations. | Tasks and Events Activity records; usually read-only in syncs to feed activity reporting. |

Pick the Affinity and Salesforce objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Affinity and Salesforce: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Affinity's Organizations and Opportunities), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Affinity: REST API. Authentication: API key. Salesforce: REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs. Authentication: OAuth login via a Salesforce user (browser-based authorization flow); requires "API Enabled" permission for polling mode, plus "Author Apex" and "Customize Application" OR "Modify All Data" for trigger mode. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Affinity: The data model centers on lists: a person, organization, or opportunity gains list-specific field values only through its list entry, so syncs must address both the entity and the entry. Salesforce: Salesforce org must have API access enabled — Group and Essentials editions cannot use Stacksync; Professional requires the API add-on. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Affinity and Salesforce without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Affinity and Salesforce records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Affinity and Salesforce connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Affinity–Salesforce integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Affinity and Salesforce. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
