Two-way sync
Changes in Rollworks or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Rollworks and Xactly in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Xactly owns the customer relationship and the pipeline; Rollworks runs the campaigns, audiences, and outreach that fill it. The two overlap on the same people and companies — a lead in one system is a subscriber, a segment member, an event registrant, or an ad audience in the other. When that overlap is bridged by CSV exports or a nightly job, sales works from lists that no longer match reality and marketing keeps targeting people whose status has already moved on.
Stacksync syncs Payment Summary (Payable), Products & Customers, Orders, Credits in Xactly with Target Account Lists, Account Tiers, Accounts (TAL Items), Audience Segments in Rollworks field by field, in real time, and in both directions. You decide which system owns which fields — Xactly can own account and opportunity status while Rollworks owns engagement and campaign membership — and Stacksync keeps every copy consistent and resolves conflicts by rules you set.
New leads or responders captured in Rollworks flow into Xactly assigned and deduplicated, so nothing sits in a marketing list waiting for someone to export it.
When a contact or lead is created or edited in either system, the matching record appears or updates in the other, so campaigns reach real people and reps see who is already being marketed to.
Opens, clicks, form fills, event attendance, or ad responses recorded in Rollworks post back to the contact or account in Xactly, so reps see interest before they reach out.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Rollworks objects | Xactly objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Audience Segments CRM (email), custom (cookie or ID), and lookalike segments created via /audience/v1/segments; membership is written from a warehouse with a duration of 1 to 540 days. | Transactions (Commission & Bonus) Calculated commission and bonus line items produced by Incent's calculation engine; read as the output of comp runs for reporting and downstream payout, so effectively read-only results. | Audience Segments is specific to Rollworks and Transactions (Commission & Bonus) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Campaigns Prospecting v2 campaigns running on Web and LinkedIn with budget, KPI, and flight settings; created and edited via API and read back for status and pacing. | Participants (Payees) Sales reps and payees keyed to positions; loaded and updated from HRIS/HCM source data through Connect (write) and read for roster reporting, so read and write. | Campaigns is specific to Rollworks and Participants (Payees) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Ad Groups and Ads Campaign subdivisions carrying attribute, contextual, geo, and device targeting plus creative; read and written to keep targeting aligned with an internal planning system. | Positions & Titles Org-hierarchy positions and titles that credits and quotas roll up to; loaded and maintained through Connect (write) and read to resolve the hierarchy, so read and write. | Ad Groups and Ads is specific to Rollworks and Positions & Titles to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Reporting and Attribution Delivery and attribution metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, view-throughs) from the GraphQL Reporting API; read-only, aggregated by campaign, ad, and account domain. | Quotas / Targets Period quota and target values per position or plan; loaded from planning tools through Connect (write) and read for attainment reporting, so read and write. | Reporting and Attribution is specific to Rollworks and Quotas / Targets to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Target Account Lists Named lists of B2B accounts for ABM; managed through /audience/v1/target_accounts so a CRM or warehouse can push and reconcile the accounts RollWorks advertises against. | Payment Summary (Payable) Approved payable amounts per participant per period; read as the output that feeds payroll and accounts payable, so effectively read-only. | Target Account Lists is specific to Rollworks and Payment Summary (Payable) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Account Tiers Groups within a Target Account List; an account belongs to only one tier per list, so tier assignments are written from source-of-truth data to drive tiered targeting. | Products & Customers Product and customer/account master used in crediting rules and reporting; loaded and updated from CRM/ERP through Connect (write) and read for lookups, so read and write. | Account Tiers is specific to Rollworks and Products & Customers to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Rollworks for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling — reporting is pulled via GraphQL queries and account/audience membership is reconciled on a schedule.
DeliveryEach detected change is applied to Xactly as a row-level write, with types converted between the two schemas.
DetectionStacksync polls Xactly for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. No CDC log for external tools to consume.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Rollworks through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Pick the Rollworks and Xactly objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Rollworks and Xactly: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Rollworks's Audience Segments and Campaigns), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Common patterns for Rollworks and Xactly: Where Rollworks generates leads: hand-off without re-keying; New and updated people stay in step; Where Rollworks captures engagement: activity lands on the record. New leads or responders captured in Rollworks flow into Xactly assigned and deduplicated, so nothing sits in a marketing list waiting for someone to export it.
Rollworks: REST APIs (Audience, Prospecting v2) plus a GraphQL Reporting API. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 via NextRoll (Authorization Code grant, Bearer tokens per RFC 6749/6750); Personal Access Tokens supported for server-side scripts. Xactly: Xactly Connect REST API v2 (JSON), plus ODBC/JDBC drivers over the same ANSI-SQL data model. Incent data is exposed as SQL-queryable objects (for example xactly_order, xactly_credit, xactly_transaction, xactly_payment); data is loaded and extracted through Connect load/query steps and server-side ETL Pipelines. The base host is region/pod-specific (for example https://<pod>.xactlycorp.com). Authentication: OAuth 2.0 via the Xactly Connect API Gateway (bearer tokens issued on behalf of an Xactly Incent user), with HTTP Basic authentication using a dedicated Xactly Connect service-user's credentials also supported for the Connect REST API v2. The connecting user needs Connect/API access plus the relevant object permissions in Incent. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Xactly: Connect exposes Incent's data as ANSI-SQL-queryable objects (for example xactly_order, xactly_credit, xactly_transaction, xactly_payment) reachable over the Connect REST API v2 or ODBC/JDBC drivers, using the same SQL model for both query and load. Rollworks: OAuth access tokens expire 24 hours after issue and refresh tokens rotate (they expire once used), so an integration must persist and reuse the newest refresh token to keep syncing. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Rollworks and Xactly without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Rollworks and Xactly records are not retained after a sync operation.
