Two-way sync
Changes in Ramp or Sage 100 instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Ramp and Sage 100 in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
A dedicated finance tool and an ERP end up side by side for practical reasons: a subsidiary runs lighter software than headquarters, billing runs in a specialist system while the enterprise system holds the wider view, or the company is mid-migration and both are live. Whatever the split, the two systems describe overlapping customers and transactions, and that overlap drifts without a live connection.
Stacksync syncs Users, Departments, Reimbursements, Bills in Ramp with AR Invoices, Purchase Orders, GL Accounts, Journal Entries in Sage 100 in real time and in both directions. You decide which system wins on which field, and every change made in one is reflected in the other within seconds instead of at the next batch run.
When one system is replacing the other, run both in parallel with records matching until the switch is complete.
Where both systems keep records of the same organizations, corrections made in either propagate to the other.
Where Ramp serves a business unit and Sage 100 is the group system, transactions and customer records roll up continuously, so consolidation starts from live data.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Ramp objects | Sage 100 objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vendors Supplier records under the accounting namespace; uploaded and updated for AP matching and payments. | Vendors AP vendor master records synced with procurement and payment tools. | Same entity on both sides — records pair one-to-one and field-level changes reconcile in both directions. | |
| Cards Physical and virtual card records; created and managed through the API to provision or suspend cardholder spend. | Purchase Orders Procurement documents read for spend and receiving workflows. | Cards is specific to Ramp and Purchase Orders to Sage 100 — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Users Employee and cardholder records; invited, updated, and deactivated, commonly synced from an HRIS or identity provider. | GL Accounts Chart of accounts read for mapping transactions in finance integrations. | Users is specific to Ramp and GL Accounts to Sage 100 — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Departments Org groupings for cost-center and GL allocation; pushed from an ERP/HRIS and referenced by cards and transactions. | Journal Entries Posted GL activity replicated to warehouses for FP&A. | Departments is specific to Ramp and Journal Entries to Sage 100 — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Reimbursements Out-of-pocket expense claims; read for reporting and marked ready-to-sync then synced to the ERP. | Customers AR customer master records synced to CRMs for account and credit visibility. | Reimbursements is specific to Ramp and Customers to Sage 100 — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Bills Accounts-payable bills; created, updated, approved, and paid, then posted ready-to-sync and synced to accounting. | Inventory Items Item master with pricing and quantities, synced to e-commerce catalogs. | Bills is specific to Ramp and Inventory Items to Sage 100 — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionRamp notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Signed webhooks (HMAC-SHA256 X-Ramp-Signature) for bill, transaction, reimbursement, vendor, and user events.
DeliveryEach detected change is applied to Sage 100 as a row-level write, with types converted between the two schemas.
DetectionStacksync polls Sage 100 for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Scheduled polling.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Ramp through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Ramp–Sage 100 connection.
Changes in Ramp or Sage 100 instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Ramp or Sage 100 data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Ramp or Sage 100 record.
Track your Ramp ⇄ Sage 100 sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Ramp and Sage 100.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Ramp and Sage 100 with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Ramp and Sage 100 objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Ramp and Sage 100: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Ramp's Vendors and Cards), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Ramp: Rate limited to 200 requests per 10-second rolling window per source IP; a 429 is returned on exceed (higher limits available on request), so historical backfills must be paced with keyset pagination. Sage 100: Sage 100 (formerly MAS 90/200) is an on-premise ERP; its data files are exposed for reads through a ProvideX ODBC driver with module-prefixed tables such as AR_Customer and SO_SalesOrderHeader. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Ramp and Sage 100 without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Ramp and Sage 100 records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Ramp and Sage 100 connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Ramp–Sage 100 integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Ramp and Sage 100. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Ramp: Signed webhooks (HMAC-SHA256 X-Ramp-Signature) for bill, transaction, reimbursement, vendor, and user events; otherwise poll incrementally (synced_after on transactions, from_created_at on bills) with keyset pagination, or read the audit-logs/events feed. On Sage 100: Scheduled polling; no webhooks or change log on the integration surface. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
