Two-way sync
Changes in Nutshell or Sage 300 instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Nutshell and Sage 300 in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Nutshell holds the customer relationship; Sage 300 runs the operations and records behind the business. The two overlap wherever the same organizations and transactions matter to both, and when that overlap is bridged by re-keying or overnight batch, each side spends the day working from stale data.
Stacksync syncs Notes, Products, Tags, Users in Nutshell with Order Entry Orders, Purchase Orders, Inventory Items, AR Invoices and Receipts in Sage 300 field by field, in real time, and in both directions. You decide which system owns which fields; Stacksync keeps every copy consistent and resolves conflicts by rules you set.
Where both systems keep customer or organization records, corrections in either propagate to the other, ending dual maintenance.
Owners, territories, and org structure informed by Sage 300 stay current in Nutshell.
A deal won in Nutshell creates or updates the customer in Sage 300 with clean data, so fulfillment and invoicing start without re-entry.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Nutshell objects | Sage 300 objects | |
|---|---|---|
| Users Rep records used to resolve ownership when syncing assignments | Purchase Orders Procurement documents read for spend visibility and receiving. | |
| Leads Nutshell's deal object; synced as the pipeline record linked to people and companies | Inventory Items Item master with costing and quantities, synced to storefronts and WMS. | |
| People Individual contacts, kept consistent with marketing and outreach tools | AR Invoices and Receipts Billing and payment records replicated for cash and revenue reporting. | |
| Companies Account records that group people and leads for account-level syncs | AR Customers Receivables customer master synced to CRMs and billing tools. | |
| Activities Logged calls, meetings, and emails used for engagement reporting | AP Vendors Payables vendor master synced with procurement and payment systems. | |
| Tasks Rep to-dos mirrored into external work-management or reporting systems | GL Accounts Chart of accounts read for transaction mapping across integrations. |

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Nutshell and Sage 300 with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Nutshell and Sage 300 objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Nutshell and Sage 300: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Nutshell's Users and Leads), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Nutshell: JSON-RPC API over HTTPS; a newer REST API is also offered. Authentication: HTTP Basic with account email and API key. Sage 300: Sage 300 Web API (REST) on newer releases; .NET/COM SDK and direct SQL Server access on-prem. Authentication: Sage 300 user credentials (Basic auth on the Web API); database credentials for direct SQL reads. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Nutshell: Authentication uses HTTP Basic with an account email and API key, so no OAuth flow is required for server-to-server sync. Sage 300: Financial transactions flow through batches that must be posted, so writes typically create batch entries rather than posted documents directly. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Nutshell and Sage 300 without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Nutshell and Sage 300 records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Nutshell and Sage 300 connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Nutshell–Sage 300 integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Nutshell and Sage 300. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
