Two-way sync
Changes in Jumpcloud or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Jumpcloud and Xactly in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
A CRM and an identity system usually describe different populations. Xactly tracks customers, contacts, and the deals in motion; Jumpcloud governs who is allowed to sign in and what they can reach. Where the two meet is people. The reps who own records in Xactly are the same employees Jumpcloud provisions and disables, and when Jumpcloud also runs the login accounts for your product, the customers in Xactly are the same users Jumpcloud authenticates. Left unconnected, a departure in Jumpcloud leaves stale ownership sitting in Xactly, and a signup in Jumpcloud never reaches the account it belongs to.
Stacksync syncs Transactions (Commission & Bonus), Participants (Payees), Positions & Titles, Quotas / Targets in Xactly with System Groups, Applications (SSO), Policies, Commands in Jumpcloud in real time and in both directions, matching on email or an external ID and mapping field by field. You decide which system owns which fields, and new users, role and group changes, deactivations, and account status move within seconds instead of waiting on a quarterly access review or a manual export.
When someone is disabled in Jumpcloud, the matching user in Xactly is deactivated too, and the accounts, contacts, and deals they owned are flagged for reassignment, so nothing goes unattended after they leave.
Signup, account status, multi-factor enrollment, and last-login from Jumpcloud land on the matching contact or account in Xactly, so go-to-market teams see who has actually activated and who has gone dormant.
Membership of a directory group or an entitlement in Jumpcloud maps to fields in Xactly, such as product tier, plan, or internal team, so segmentation reflects real access rather than a manual guess.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Jumpcloud objects | Xactly objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Commands Scripts and commands run on managed systems; full CRUD via v1 /commands, then triggered on target systems and groups for automation and remediation. | Products & Customers Product and customer/account master used in crediting rules and reporting; loaded and updated from CRM/ERP through Connect (write) and read for lookups, so read and write. | Commands is specific to Jumpcloud and Products & Customers to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Directory Insights events Audit stream of logins and admin actions across SSO, LDAP, RADIUS, systems, and MDM; read-only, queried by POST and used as the change feed and SIEM source. | Orders Sales order and transaction records loaded into Incent as the raw input for crediting and calculation; created and updated through Connect load and ETL steps (write) and read back for reconciliation, so read and write. | Directory Insights events is specific to Jumpcloud and Orders to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| System Users (Users) Directory user accounts (email, username, attributes, status, MFA, group and app bindings); full CRUD via the v1 /systemusers API - create, update, activate or suspend, and delete to match an HR or identity source. | Credits Crediting records that tie an order to a participant and position; system-calculated credits are read, while manual and adjustment credits are loaded through Connect, so read and write. | System Users (Users) is specific to Jumpcloud and Credits to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| User Groups User groups that grant app, LDAP, and RADIUS access; created, updated, and deleted via v2 /usergroups, with membership managed through the graph association endpoints. | Transactions (Commission & Bonus) Calculated commission and bonus line items produced by Incent's calculation engine; read as the output of comp runs for reporting and downstream payout, so effectively read-only results. | User Groups is specific to Jumpcloud and Transactions (Commission & Bonus) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Systems (devices) Enrolled macOS, Windows, and Linux machines running the JumpCloud agent; agent-enrolled, so the API reads, updates, and deletes systems for inventory and management rather than creating them. | Participants (Payees) Sales reps and payees keyed to positions; loaded and updated from HRIS/HCM source data through Connect (write) and read for roster reporting, so read and write. | Systems (devices) is specific to Jumpcloud and Participants (Payees) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| System Groups Device groups used to scope policies, commands, and access; full CRUD via v2 /systemgroups, with systems bound and unbound through association endpoints. | Positions & Titles Org-hierarchy positions and titles that credits and quotas roll up to; loaded and maintained through Connect (write) and read to resolve the hierarchy, so read and write. | System Groups is specific to Jumpcloud and Positions & Titles to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionJumpcloud notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. No database-style change log.
DeliveryEach detected change is applied to Xactly as a row-level write, with types converted between the two schemas.
DetectionStacksync polls Xactly for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. No CDC log for external tools to consume.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Jumpcloud through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Jumpcloud–Xactly connection.

Authenticate Jumpcloud and Xactly with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Jumpcloud and Xactly objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Jumpcloud and Xactly: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Jumpcloud's Commands and Directory Insights events), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Jumpcloud and Xactly records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Jumpcloud and Xactly connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Jumpcloud–Xactly integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Jumpcloud and Xactly. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Jumpcloud: No database-style change log. The Directory Insights API is queried by POST for login and admin events across SSO, LDAP, RADIUS, systems, MDM, and directory services - including the association_change event that records user-to-group and policy-to-device membership changes; Webhook Channels tied to Insights Rules POST JSON to a registered endpoint for near-real-time triggers. On Xactly: No CDC log for external tools to consume. Incremental sync uses SQL predicates on modified/last-updated timestamp columns (for example WHERE modified_date > watermark) against Connect's queryable objects, or scheduled Connect ETL Pipelines that pull deltas since the last run. Xactly Connect has no outbound HTTP webhooks, so change detection is pull/ETL-based. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
On the Xactly side: Transactions (Commission & Bonus), Participants (Payees), Positions & Titles, Quotas / Targets, plus custom fields where Xactly exposes them. On the Jumpcloud side: System Groups, Applications (SSO), Policies, Commands. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
