Two-way sync
Changes in Jobvite or Vitally instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Jobvite and Vitally in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Vitally runs on people as much as on accounts: every contact, deal, and account has an owner, and those owners are employees whose roles, teams, and status are held in Jobvite. Jobvite is the system of record for the workforce, from new hires to promotions to departures, and often for the candidates the business is still deciding on. When the two systems are connected only by re-keying or an overnight export, they drift apart, and the CRM ends up assigning accounts to people who have left, holding territories that no longer match the org chart, and waiting days to give a new rep access.
Stacksync syncs Organization, Task, Note, Conversation in Vitally with Requisition (Job), Application, Workflow Status, New Hire in Jobvite field by field, in real time, and in both directions. You decide which system owns which fields, so Jobvite stays authoritative on roles and org structure while Vitally keeps ownership and territory current, and Stacksync resolves conflicts by the rules you set.
A person's name, title, email, phone, or manager corrected in either system updates the other, so both stop maintaining separate copies of the same individual.
A person recorded in Jobvite, such as a candidate or applicant, can create or update the matching contact in Vitally, so relationship history and outreach are not rebuilt from scratch when the same individual appears in both.
When Jobvite records a new hire, a matching user or owner is created in Vitally, so a new rep can start working accounts without waiting on a manual setup ticket.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Jobvite objects | Vitally objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Candidate Read from the candidate feed (GET /candidate) and written back via POST /candidate/updateCandidates to change status, notes, and disposition on each record. | Note Account and user notes captured by success teams. | Candidate is specific to Jobvite and Note to Vitally — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Requisition (Job) Job openings created or updated through POST /job and read from GET /jobFeed; maps to opening tables in an ATS reporting warehouse. | Conversation Customer conversations logged in Vitally; activity objects include parent object details in the payload. | Requisition (Job) is specific to Jobvite and Conversation to Vitally — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Application Links a candidate to one requisition with its workflow state; read for pipeline reporting and status written back through the candidate update call. | NPS Response NPS survey responses for account-health reporting. | Application is specific to Jobvite and NPS Response to Vitally — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Workflow Status The pipeline stage per application (Screen, Interview, Offer, Hired); updated through POST /candidate/updateCandidates to advance records. | Custom Trait Custom account and user traits for segmentation. | Workflow Status is specific to Jobvite and Custom Trait to Vitally — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| New Hire Hired-candidate records surfaced in the candidate feed and via the candidate hired webhook; commonly written into an HRIS or onboarding tool. | Account Core customer account records with health scores and lifecycle traits; created, updated, retrieved, and listed via the REST API. | New Hire is specific to Jobvite and Account to Vitally — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Employee Employee roster pushed through POST /employee (Onboard sync), used for referral matching and internal-mobility job postings. | User End users tied to accounts, including activity and custom traits. | Employee is specific to Jobvite and User to Vitally — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionJobvite notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. A candidate hired webhook, configured per customer by a Jobvite rep, POSTs to a custom URL on hire/offer-accepted events.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Vitally through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionVitally notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Incremental polling on updatedAt cursors.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Jobvite and Vitally: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Jobvite's Candidate and Requisition (Job)), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Vitally: Default rate limiting is 1,000 requests/min using a token bucket; write requests consume more budget. Jobvite: The /jobFeed endpoint supports only pagination (start, count) and category/location filters, with no modified-date parameter, so incremental job pulls rely on full-feed diffing. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Jobvite and Vitally without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Jobvite and Vitally records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Jobvite and Vitally connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Jobvite–Vitally integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Jobvite and Vitally. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Jobvite: A candidate hired webhook, configured per customer by a Jobvite rep, POSTs to a custom URL on hire/offer-accepted events; otherwise Stacksync polls the candidate and job feeds on a schedule and diffs results, since records carry no per-item modified-date filter. On Vitally: Incremental polling on updatedAt cursors; playbook-triggered webhooks can push events for near real-time updates. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
