Two-way sync
Changes in Jobvite or Orderful instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Jobvite and Orderful in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Each tool in Orderful keeps its own list of who can use it: users, members, or agents, along with the team they sit on and whether they are still active. Jobvite is the authoritative record of the same people as employees, with their department, manager, and employment status. When those two are connected only by manual account admin or a periodic export, the work tools drift: new hires wait days for access, team and manager changes never catch up, and people who have left keep standing accounts.
Stacksync syncs Acknowledgments, Webhook events, Transactions, Trading partners in Orderful with Requisition (Job), Application, Workflow Status, New Hire in Jobvite bi-directionally and in real time. A person added, moved, or offboarded in Jobvite creates or updates the matching user in Orderful within seconds, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution in place of spreadsheets and one-off account changes. Where Orderful captures details of its own, such as a corrected contact or a login identity, those can flow back to Jobvite in whichever direction you configure.
Because the sync is field-level, each system keeps its own extras; only the shared facts, who a person is, which team they belong to, and whether their access should be on, are held in agreement.
When someone is marked as leaving in Jobvite, the matching account in Orderful is deactivated or flagged, so departures do not leave open access behind.
A person's name, title, contact details, or status corrected in either system updates the other, so both sides stop maintaining separate copies of the same person.
Department, team, and reporting-line changes from Jobvite keep the groups, queues, or projects in Orderful assigned to the right people.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Jobvite objects | Orderful objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| New Hire Hired-candidate records surfaced in the candidate feed and via the candidate hired webhook; commonly written into an HRIS or onboarding tool. | Relationships Active partner connections per transaction type that govern what can be sent and received | New Hire is specific to Jobvite and Relationships to Orderful — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Employee Employee roster pushed through POST /employee (Onboard sync), used for referral matching and internal-mobility job postings. | Validation guidelines Partner-specific rules transactions are checked against before delivery | Employee is specific to Jobvite and Validation guidelines to Orderful — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Attachment Resumes, cover letters, and files attached to a candidate; synced out to object storage or a document management system. | Acknowledgments 997 functional acknowledgments confirming receipt of transmitted documents | Attachment is specific to Jobvite and Acknowledgments to Orderful — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Offer Offer state tied to an application (extended, accepted, declined); read out for offer-acceptance reporting and written to downstream comp or HR systems. | Webhook events Push notifications for inbound documents and transaction status changes | Offer is specific to Jobvite and Webhook events to Orderful — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Candidate Read from the candidate feed (GET /candidate) and written back via POST /candidate/updateCandidates to change status, notes, and disposition on each record. | Transactions EDI documents such as 850 purchase orders, 810 invoices, and 856 ship notices, represented as JSON | Candidate is specific to Jobvite and Transactions to Orderful — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Requisition (Job) Job openings created or updated through POST /job and read from GET /jobFeed; maps to opening tables in an ATS reporting warehouse. | Trading partners The retailers, carriers, and suppliers a company exchanges documents with | Requisition (Job) is specific to Jobvite and Trading partners to Orderful — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionJobvite notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. A candidate hired webhook, configured per customer by a Jobvite rep, POSTs to a custom URL on hire/offer-accepted events.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Orderful through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionOrderful notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhooks push inbound transactions and status events.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Jobvite and Orderful: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Jobvite's New Hire and Employee), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Orderful: Transactions are validated against trading-partner-specific guidelines before transmission, surfacing errors before a partner rejects the document. Jobvite: Candidate writes go through POST /candidate/updateCandidates rather than per-field PATCH, so status and disposition changes are submitted as candidate update payloads. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Jobvite and Orderful without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Jobvite and Orderful records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Jobvite and Orderful connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Jobvite–Orderful integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Jobvite and Orderful. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Jobvite: A candidate hired webhook, configured per customer by a Jobvite rep, POSTs to a custom URL on hire/offer-accepted events; otherwise Stacksync polls the candidate and job feeds on a schedule and diffs results, since records carry no per-item modified-date filter. On Orderful: Webhooks push inbound transactions and status events; polling available as fallback. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
