Two-way sync
Changes in Full Enrich or Jobvite instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Full Enrich and Jobvite in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Each tool in Full Enrich keeps its own list of who can use it: users, members, or agents, along with the team they sit on and whether they are still active. Jobvite is the authoritative record of the same people as employees, with their department, manager, and employment status. When those two are connected only by manual account admin or a periodic export, the work tools drift: new hires wait days for access, team and manager changes never catch up, and people who have left keep standing accounts.
Stacksync syncs Enrichment requests, Contacts, Enrichment results, Emails in Full Enrich with Offer, Candidate, Requisition (Job), Application in Jobvite bi-directionally and in real time. A person added, moved, or offboarded in Jobvite creates or updates the matching user in Full Enrich within seconds, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution in place of spreadsheets and one-off account changes. Where Full Enrich captures details of its own, such as a corrected contact or a login identity, those can flow back to Jobvite in whichever direction you configure.
Because the sync is field-level, each system keeps its own extras; only the shared facts, who a person is, which team they belong to, and whether their access should be on, are held in agreement.
Department, team, and reporting-line changes from Jobvite keep the groups, queues, or projects in Full Enrich assigned to the right people.
When someone changes teams or managers in Jobvite, the queues, ownership, or approvals in Full Enrich update to match, so work reaches whoever holds the role now.
A new hire recorded in Jobvite creates the matching user in Full Enrich with the right team and manager already set, so people can start working without waiting on a provisioning ticket.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Full Enrich objects | Jobvite objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Emails Returned addresses with verification status, written back to the CRM or database. | Attachment Resumes, cover letters, and files attached to a candidate; synced out to object storage or a document management system. | Emails is specific to Full Enrich and Attachment to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Phone numbers Returned mobile and direct-dial numbers from the provider waterfall. | Offer Offer state tied to an application (extended, accepted, declined); read out for offer-acceptance reporting and written to downstream comp or HR systems. | Phone numbers is specific to Full Enrich and Offer to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Credits Account balance consumed on successful finds; monitored to pace sync jobs. | Candidate Read from the candidate feed (GET /candidate) and written back via POST /candidate/updateCandidates to change status, notes, and disposition on each record. | Credits is specific to Full Enrich and Candidate to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Enrichment requests Submitted batches of contacts to enrich; processed asynchronously by the waterfall. | Requisition (Job) Job openings created or updated through POST /job and read from GET /jobFeed; maps to opening tables in an ATS reporting warehouse. | Enrichment requests is specific to Full Enrich and Requisition (Job) to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Contacts The person inputs (name plus company or domain) sent for enrichment. | Application Links a candidate to one requisition with its workflow state; read for pipeline reporting and status written back through the candidate update call. | Contacts is specific to Full Enrich and Application to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Enrichment results Completed records fetched by request ID or delivered via webhook. | Workflow Status The pipeline stage per application (Screen, Interview, Offer, Hired); updated through POST /candidate/updateCandidates to advance records. | Enrichment results is specific to Full Enrich and Workflow Status to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionFull Enrich notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhook callbacks when enrichment batches complete, with polling of result endpoints as a fallback.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Jobvite through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionJobvite notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. A candidate hired webhook, configured per customer by a Jobvite rep, POSTs to a custom URL on hire/offer-accepted events.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Full Enrich through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Common patterns for Full Enrich and Jobvite: Org and team structure kept current; Where Full Enrich routes or assigns work by person: assignments follow the org; Onboarding: access ready on day one. Department, team, and reporting-line changes from Jobvite keep the groups, queues, or projects in Full Enrich assigned to the right people.
Full Enrich: REST API with asynchronous bulk enrichment endpoints. Authentication: API key (Bearer token). Jobvite: REST API (JSON) with candidate, requisition (job), and employee feed endpoints under https://api.jobvite.com/{version}. Authentication: API key (api) and secret (sc) plus company ID (companyId), sent in request headers since Jobvite's April 1, 2024 move from URL-query to header-based auth. Credentials are provisioned per customer by Jobvite Support. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Full Enrich: Credits are consumed on successful finds, so integration logic should distinguish found, not-found, and in-progress outcomes when writing back. Jobvite: The API is rate-limited to roughly 15 requests per minute and 850 per hour (reset at midnight Pacific), with per-endpoint daily caps, so high-volume backfills must be throttled and batched. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Full Enrich and Jobvite without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Full Enrich and Jobvite records are not retained after a sync operation.
