Two-way sync
Changes in Front or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Front and Xactly in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
The CRM is supposed to be the record of every customer relationship, but customer-relevant information also accumulates in the other tools a team runs. Whatever Front holds or produces that touches a customer, whether conversations, payments, replies, enriched data, or notes, the CRM only benefits if it arrives without someone copying it over.
Stacksync connects Inboxes, Tags, Teammates, Channels in Front to Payment Summary (Payable), Products & Customers, Orders, Credits in Xactly with bi-directional, real-time sync. Activity and record changes in Front update the matching contact or account in Xactly, and CRM data flows the other way wherever Front can store and use it.
Owner, lifecycle stage, or account details from Xactly sync into Front, so people working there have the context without switching tools.
Tickets and conversations attach to the right contact and account in Xactly, so sales sees open issues before the next call.
Enriched fields land directly on records in Xactly, and refreshes keep them from going stale.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Front objects | Xactly objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Inboxes Shared queues that conversations live in; used to segment reporting by team or channel. | Transactions (Commission & Bonus) Calculated commission and bonus line items produced by Incent's calculation engine; read as the output of comp runs for reporting and downstream payout, so effectively read-only results. | Inboxes is specific to Front and Transactions (Commission & Bonus) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Tags Labels applied to conversations; drive routing and category-level analytics. | Participants (Payees) Sales reps and payees keyed to positions; loaded and updated from HRIS/HCM source data through Connect (write) and read for roster reporting, so read and write. | Tags is specific to Front and Participants (Payees) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Teammates Agents; used for ownership mapping and workload reporting. | Positions & Titles Org-hierarchy positions and titles that credits and quotas roll up to; loaded and maintained through Connect (write) and read to resolve the hierarchy, so read and write. | Teammates is specific to Front and Positions & Titles to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Channels Connected addresses (email, SMS, chat); define where messages originate and send from. | Quotas / Targets Period quota and target values per position or plan; loaded from planning tools through Connect (write) and read for attainment reporting, so read and write. | Channels is specific to Front and Quotas / Targets to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Conversations The central threaded unit that messages, comments, and tags attach to; synced for support analytics. | Payment Summary (Payable) Approved payable amounts per participant per period; read as the output that feeds payroll and accounts payable, so effectively read-only. | Conversations is specific to Front and Payment Summary (Payable) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Messages Inbound and outbound emails, chats, and SMS within a conversation; read out for response-time reporting. | Products & Customers Product and customer/account master used in crediting rules and reporting; loaded and updated from CRM/ERP through Connect (write) and read for lookups, so read and write. | Messages is specific to Front and Products & Customers to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionFront notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Application webhooks and rule-triggered webhooks, with the events endpoint available for polling.
DeliveryEach detected change is applied to Xactly as a row-level write, with types converted between the two schemas.
DetectionStacksync polls Xactly for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. No CDC log for external tools to consume.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Front through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Front–Xactly connection.

Pick the Front and Xactly objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Front and Xactly: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Front's Inboxes and Tags), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Front and Xactly connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Front–Xactly integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Front and Xactly. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Front: Application webhooks and rule-triggered webhooks, with the events endpoint available for polling. On Xactly: No CDC log for external tools to consume. Incremental sync uses SQL predicates on modified/last-updated timestamp columns (for example WHERE modified_date > watermark) against Connect's queryable objects, or scheduled Connect ETL Pipelines that pull deltas since the last run. Xactly Connect has no outbound HTTP webhooks, so change detection is pull/ETL-based. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
On the Front side: Inboxes, Tags, Teammates, Channels, plus custom fields where Front exposes them. On the Xactly side: Payment Summary (Payable), Products & Customers, Orders, Credits. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
