Two-way sync
Changes in Resend or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Resend and Xactly in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
The CRM is supposed to be the record of every customer relationship, but customer-relevant information also accumulates in the other tools a team runs. Whatever Resend holds or produces that touches a customer, whether conversations, payments, replies, enriched data, or notes, the CRM only benefits if it arrives without someone copying it over.
Stacksync connects Audiences, Broadcasts, Domains, Email events in Resend to Credits, Transactions (Commission & Bonus), Participants (Payees), Positions & Titles in Xactly with bi-directional, real-time sync. Activity and record changes in Resend update the matching contact or account in Xactly, and CRM data flows the other way wherever Resend can store and use it.
Tickets and conversations attach to the right contact and account in Xactly, so sales sees open issues before the next call.
Prospects, sends, and replies sync into Xactly, keeping lead status current without manual imports.
Enriched fields land directly on records in Xactly, and refreshes keep them from going stale.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Resend objects | Xactly objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Audiences Named contact lists that broadcasts target; typically mirrored from CRM segments. | Quotas / Targets Period quota and target values per position or plan; loaded from planning tools through Connect (write) and read for attainment reporting, so read and write. | Audiences is specific to Resend and Quotas / Targets to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Broadcasts One-to-many campaign sends addressed to an audience. | Payment Summary (Payable) Approved payable amounts per participant per period; read as the output that feeds payroll and accounts payable, so effectively read-only. | Broadcasts is specific to Resend and Payment Summary (Payable) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Domains Verified sending domains with DNS and DKIM status. | Products & Customers Product and customer/account master used in crediting rules and reporting; loaded and updated from CRM/ERP through Connect (write) and read for lookups, so read and write. | Domains is specific to Resend and Products & Customers to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Email events Delivered, bounced, complained, opened, and clicked events emitted via webhooks and written back to source systems. | Orders Sales order and transaction records loaded into Incent as the raw input for crediting and calculation; created and updated through Connect load and ETL steps (write) and read back for reconciliation, so read and write. | Email events is specific to Resend and Orders to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| API keys Scoped credentials managed per environment for send and read access. | Credits Crediting records that tie an order to a participant and position; system-calculated credits are read, while manual and adjustment credits are loaded through Connect, so read and write. | API keys is specific to Resend and Credits to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Emails Sent messages retrievable by ID with current delivery status. | Transactions (Commission & Bonus) Calculated commission and bonus line items produced by Incent's calculation engine; read as the output of comp runs for reporting and downstream payout, so effectively read-only results. | Emails is specific to Resend and Transactions (Commission & Bonus) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionResend notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhooks for email lifecycle events.
DeliveryEach detected change is applied to Xactly as a row-level write, with types converted between the two schemas.
DetectionStacksync polls Xactly for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. No CDC log for external tools to consume.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Resend through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Resend and Xactly: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Resend's Audiences and Broadcasts), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Resend and Xactly records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Resend and Xactly connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Resend–Xactly integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Resend and Xactly. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Resend: Webhooks for email lifecycle events; polling for contact and audience state. On Xactly: No CDC log for external tools to consume. Incremental sync uses SQL predicates on modified/last-updated timestamp columns (for example WHERE modified_date > watermark) against Connect's queryable objects, or scheduled Connect ETL Pipelines that pull deltas since the last run. Xactly Connect has no outbound HTTP webhooks, so change detection is pull/ETL-based. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
On the Resend side: Audiences, Broadcasts, Domains, Email events, plus custom fields where Resend exposes them. On the Xactly side: Credits, Transactions (Commission & Bonus), Participants (Payees), Positions & Titles. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
