Two-way sync
Changes in Clari or Zoom instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Clari and Zoom in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Clari holds the people the business talks to: the contacts, their phone numbers and email addresses, and which rep owns the relationship. Zoom is where the talking happens, whether that is calls, texts, email, or meetings. The two depend on the same people, and when the contact list in one drifts from the other, outreach goes to stale numbers and the record of what was said never makes it back to the account.
Stacksync syncs Audit Events, Forecast, Quota, Opportunities in Clari with Users, Groups, Meetings, Webinars in Zoom field by field, in real time, and in both directions. Current contact details flow out to Zoom so it can reach the right person, and the calls, messages, and meetings Zoom produces flow back onto the matching record in Clari. You decide which system owns which fields, and conflicts resolve by rules you set.
A contact created or updated in Clari appears in Zoom within seconds, so outreach starts without exporting a list or re-keying numbers.
Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and the owning rep from Clari stay current in Zoom, so every call, text, or email goes to the right person at the right address.
Activity handled in Zoom appears on the matching contact and account in Clari, so the next person sees the full history without leaving the CRM.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Clari objects | Zoom objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Quota Quota and quota-history values exported alongside forecast data, scoped by fiscal quarter; read-only, useful for warehouse attainment reporting. | Users Account members with license type, role, and status; created, updated, and deactivated two-way to sync with HRIS or identity systems. | Quota is specific to Clari and Users to Zoom — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Opportunities Retrieved synchronously by ID from GET /opportunity (up to 100 IDs per call) with Clari CRM scoring and field-change history; read-only, mirroring the CRM opportunity Clari sits on. | Groups User groups that carry policy and settings; membership synced from department or team data in an operational database. | Opportunities is specific to Clari and Groups to Zoom — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Activity (Capture) Meetings, emails, and attachments captured by Clari and mapped to accounts and opportunities; exported read-only via async activity jobs. | Meetings Scheduled and instant meetings with join URLs and settings; created and updated from a CRM or calendar, read back for reporting. | Activity (Capture) is specific to Clari and Meetings to Zoom — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Account field extensions External data points written onto Account records through the ingest API in initial or incremental mode; requires an apikey plus a partnerkey. | Webinars Webinar events (requires the Webinar license); created and managed via API, with panelists and settings written from event tools. | Account field extensions is specific to Clari and Webinars to Zoom — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Opportunity field extensions Warehouse-computed fields pushed onto Opportunity records via the ingest API; up to 100 records per request or 10MB bulk files. | Registrants Meeting and webinar registrant records; added, listed, and status-updated so signups flow between event platforms and Zoom. | Opportunity field extensions is specific to Clari and Registrants to Zoom — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Audit Events User edits and system events exported with filtering by actor, session, and date range; read-only feed for change tracking and compliance. | Cloud Recordings Recording file metadata and time-limited download URLs; read out to a warehouse or storage for archival and compliance. | Audit Events is specific to Clari and Cloud Recordings to Zoom — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Clari for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling — reads run as asynchronous export jobs (submit export, poll job status, download results).
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Zoom through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionZoom notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhooks via Event Subscriptions (meeting.started/ended, participant joined/left, user.created/updated, recording.completed, and more) for real-time.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Clari and Zoom with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Clari and Zoom objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Clari and Zoom: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Clari's Quota and Opportunities), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
On the Clari side: Audit Events, Forecast, Quota, Opportunities, plus custom fields where Clari exposes them. On the Zoom side: Users, Groups, Meetings, Webinars. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Clari and Zoom: New contacts reachable right away; Where Zoom reaches out: contacts kept current; Calls, messages, and meetings on the record. A contact created or updated in Clari appears in Zoom within seconds, so outreach starts without exporting a list or re-keying numbers.
Clari: REST APIs on api.clari.com - Export API (v4, asynchronous bulk jobs for forecast, quota, activity, and audit) and Ingest API (v2, field extensions); Opportunity reads are synchronous via GET /opportunity. Authentication: API token in the apikey header, generated per user in Settings; ingest/partner endpoints also require a partnerkey header, and Copilot endpoints require X-Api-Key and X-Api-Password. Zoom: REST API (v2) with webhook Event Subscriptions. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 — user-authorized OAuth or Server-to-Server OAuth using account credentials; access tokens are valid for one hour and requests use granular per-resource scopes (e.g. meeting:read, user:write). Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Clari: Most Clari endpoints are read/export only; the sole write path is the ingest API, which sets Account and Opportunity field extensions and cannot create opportunities, forecasts, or quotas. Zoom: Rate limits are account-wide and shared across every app on the account, and Heavy plus Resource-intensive endpoints share a combined daily cap. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Clari and Zoom without custom code.
