Two-way sync
Changes in Clari or Infor M3 instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Clari and Infor M3 in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Clari holds the customer relationship; Infor M3 runs the operations and records behind the business. The two overlap wherever the same organizations and transactions matter to both, and when that overlap is bridged by re-keying or overnight batch, each side spends the day working from stale data.
Stacksync syncs Account field extensions, Opportunity field extensions, Audit Events, Forecast in Clari with Price Lists, Items, Customers, Suppliers in Infor M3 field by field, in real time, and in both directions. You decide which system owns which fields; Stacksync keeps every copy consistent and resolves conflicts by rules you set.
A deal won in Clari creates or updates the customer in Infor M3 with clean data, so fulfillment and invoicing start without re-entry.
Invoice and payment state from Infor M3 shows on the account in Clari, so reps see balances before promising the next order.
Where both systems keep customer or organization records, corrections in either propagate to the other, ending dual maintenance.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Clari objects | Infor M3 objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Audit Events User edits and system events exported with filtering by actor, session, and date range; read-only feed for change tracking and compliance. | Customers Customer master records sync with CRM account records to keep one shared customer file. | Audit Events is specific to Clari and Customers to Infor M3 — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Forecast Exported per forecast tab and fiscal period via async jobs; includes submitted forecast calls, updates, manager adjustments, and CRM totals. Read-only. | Suppliers Supplier records align procurement tools with the vendors M3 purchases from. | Forecast is specific to Clari and Suppliers to Infor M3 — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Quota Quota and quota-history values exported alongside forecast data, scoped by fiscal quarter; read-only, useful for warehouse attainment reporting. | Customer Orders Orders created in commerce or CRM systems land in M3 for fulfillment and invoicing. | Quota is specific to Clari and Customer Orders to Infor M3 — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Opportunities Retrieved synchronously by ID from GET /opportunity (up to 100 IDs per call) with Clari CRM scoring and field-change history; read-only, mirroring the CRM opportunity Clari sits on. | Purchase Orders PO headers and lines sync outward so buyers and receiving teams see the same demand. | Opportunities is specific to Clari and Purchase Orders to Infor M3 — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Activity (Capture) Meetings, emails, and attachments captured by Clari and mapped to accounts and opportunities; exported read-only via async activity jobs. | Manufacturing Orders Production order status feeds portals and CRMs so promised dates reflect the shop floor. | Activity (Capture) is specific to Clari and Manufacturing Orders to Infor M3 — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Account field extensions External data points written onto Account records through the ingest API in initial or incremental mode; requires an apikey plus a partnerkey. | Inventory Balances On-hand quantities by warehouse drive available-to-promise in downstream channels. | Account field extensions is specific to Clari and Inventory Balances to Infor M3 — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Clari for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling — reads run as asynchronous export jobs (submit export, poll job status, download results).
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Infor M3 through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionInfor M3 notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Event publishing through Infor ION (Business Object Documents), configured in ION, or scheduled polling of API endpoints.

Common patterns for Clari and Infor M3: Where Infor M3 handles order-to-cash: closed-won flows through; Where Infor M3 is the finance system of record: money status on the account; One customer master. A deal won in Clari creates or updates the customer in Infor M3 with clean data, so fulfillment and invoicing start without re-entry.
Clari: REST APIs on api.clari.com - Export API (v4, asynchronous bulk jobs for forecast, quota, activity, and audit) and Ingest API (v2, field extensions); Opportunity reads are synchronous via GET /opportunity. Authentication: API token in the apikey header, generated per user in Settings; ingest/partner endpoints also require a partnerkey header, and Copilot endpoints require X-Api-Key and X-Api-Password. Infor M3: REST API (M3 API programs exposed through the Infor ION API gateway). Authentication: OAuth 2.0 via Infor OS / ION API authorization. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Clari: Most Clari endpoints are read/export only; the sole write path is the ingest API, which sets Account and Opportunity field extensions and cannot create opportunities, forecasts, or quotas. Infor M3: Most M3 records are scoped by a company, division, facility, and warehouse hierarchy, which integration mappings need to carry explicitly. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Clari and Infor M3 without custom code.
