Two-way sync
Changes in Clari or Google Sheets instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Clari and Google Sheets in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
The CRM is supposed to be the record of every customer relationship, but customer-relevant information also accumulates in the other tools a team runs. Whatever Google Sheets holds or produces that touches a customer, whether conversations, payments, replies, enriched data, or notes, the CRM only benefits if it arrives without someone copying it over.
Stacksync connects Sheets (tabs), Rows, Ranges, Named ranges in Google Sheets to Forecast, Quota, Opportunities, Activity (Capture) in Clari with bi-directional, real-time sync. Activity and record changes in Google Sheets update the matching contact or account in Clari, and CRM data flows the other way wherever Google Sheets can store and use it.
Charges, refunds, and subscription changes appear on the account in Clari, so revenue context lives with the relationship.
Owner, lifecycle stage, or account details from Clari sync into Google Sheets, so people working there have the context without switching tools.
Enriched fields land directly on records in Clari, and refreshes keep them from going stale.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Clari objects | Google Sheets objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Activity (Capture) Meetings, emails, and attachments captured by Clari and mapped to accounts and opportunities; exported read-only via async activity jobs. | Ranges Addressed in A1 notation for batched reads and writes. | Activity (Capture) is specific to Clari and Ranges to Google Sheets — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Account field extensions External data points written onto Account records through the ingest API in initial or incremental mode; requires an apikey plus a partnerkey. | Named ranges Stable references that keep sync mappings valid when the grid moves. | Account field extensions is specific to Clari and Named ranges to Google Sheets — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Opportunity field extensions Warehouse-computed fields pushed onto Opportunity records via the ingest API; up to 100 records per request or 10MB bulk files. | Cell values Untyped by default, so syncs handle type coercion for dates and numbers. | Opportunity field extensions is specific to Clari and Cell values to Google Sheets — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Audit Events User edits and system events exported with filtering by actor, session, and date range; read-only feed for change tracking and compliance. | Spreadsheets The file-level container a sync connects to, identified by spreadsheet ID. | Audit Events is specific to Clari and Spreadsheets to Google Sheets — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Forecast Exported per forecast tab and fiscal period via async jobs; includes submitted forecast calls, updates, manager adjustments, and CRM totals. Read-only. | Sheets (tabs) Individual worksheets, typically mapped one-to-one to a synced table. | Forecast is specific to Clari and Sheets (tabs) to Google Sheets — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Quota Quota and quota-history values exported alongside forecast data, scoped by fiscal quarter; read-only, useful for warehouse attainment reporting. | Rows Treated as records; a header row usually defines field names. | Quota is specific to Clari and Rows to Google Sheets — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Clari for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling — reads run as asynchronous export jobs (submit export, poll job status, download results).
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Google Sheets through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Clari and Google Sheets with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Clari and Google Sheets objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Clari and Google Sheets: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Clari's Activity (Capture) and Account field extensions), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Clari: REST APIs on api.clari.com - Export API (v4, asynchronous bulk jobs for forecast, quota, activity, and audit) and Ingest API (v2, field extensions); Opportunity reads are synchronous via GET /opportunity. Authentication: API token in the apikey header, generated per user in Settings; ingest/partner endpoints also require a partnerkey header, and Copilot endpoints require X-Api-Key and X-Api-Password. Google Sheets: REST API (Google Sheets API), with file-level change signals available through the Drive API. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 (user consent) or Google service accounts. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Google Sheets: A spreadsheet is capped at 10 million cells across all of its tabs, which bounds how much data a sheet-based sync can hold. Clari: Most Clari endpoints are read/export only; the sole write path is the ingest API, which sets Account and Opportunity field extensions and cannot create opportunities, forecasts, or quotas. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Clari and Google Sheets without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Clari and Google Sheets records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Clari and Google Sheets connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Clari–Google Sheets integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Clari and Google Sheets. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
