Two-way sync
Changes in Bingads or Pigment instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Bingads and Pigment in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Pigment records the money — who pays, how much, and whether they are current; Bingads decides who hears from the business and what they hear. The two overlap wherever the same customers and contacts matter to both, and when that overlap is bridged by CSV exports or an overnight batch, campaigns target on stale billing data and finance works from lists marketing has already changed underneath it.
Stacksync syncs Metrics, Dimension lists, Tables, Scenarios in Pigment with Audiences & Remarketing Lists, Conversion Goals & Offline Conversions, Ad Extensions (Assets), Accounts, Customers & Users in Bingads field by field, in real time, and in both directions. You decide which system owns which fields — finance keeps the revenue and payment truth, marketing keeps consent and engagement — and Stacksync keeps every copy consistent and resolves conflicts by rules you set.
Registrants, form fills, or leads created in Bingads create or update the matching customer or contact in Pigment, so billing and reporting start from accurate details without re-entry.
Trial, renewal, churn, or payment state from Pigment updates the contact in Bingads, so lifecycle campaigns and audience suppression run on current billing reality.
Email, phone, address, and opt-out flags kept in either system stay consistent in the other, so every send and record honors the latest preferences.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Bingads objects | Pigment objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Keywords & Negative Keywords Bidded keywords and account/campaign/ad-group negative keywords with match types; CRUD, and the Bulk service is recommended for large keyword changes. | Dimension lists Master data like accounts, products, or employees that metrics are sliced by | Keywords & Negative Keywords is specific to Bingads and Dimension lists to Pigment — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Budgets & Bid Strategies Shared budgets and automated bid strategies (e.g. Maximize Conversions, Target CPA); read and write so finance-approved spend and bids apply to live campaigns. | Tables Row-based transactional data loaded into models from source systems | Budgets & Bid Strategies is specific to Bingads and Tables to Pigment — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Audiences & Remarketing Lists Remarketing, customer-match, in-market, and similar audiences; read and create/associate to keep audience lists aligned with a CDP or CRM. | Scenarios Versions such as budget, forecast, and actuals that give exported figures their context | Audiences & Remarketing Lists is specific to Bingads and Scenarios to Pigment — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Conversion Goals & Offline Conversions Conversion goals (read/create) plus ApplyOfflineConversions, which imports offline conversion events (closed deals, qualified leads) back into Microsoft Advertising to inform bidding. | Data imports Scheduled loads that bring actuals from ERPs, CRMs, and HRIS into the model | Conversion Goals & Offline Conversions is specific to Bingads and Data imports to Pigment — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Ad Extensions (Assets) Sitelink, callout, image, call, and other extensions/assets associated to campaigns and ad groups; CRUD via Campaign Management. | Users and permissions Access controls governing which model areas a sync can touch | Ad Extensions (Assets) is specific to Bingads and Users and permissions to Pigment — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Accounts, Customers & Users Customer Management hierarchy - accounts, customers, and users - read and managed to mirror agency/MCC-style structure and access into an internal database. | Applications Planning models organized by domain such as finance, sales, or workforce | Accounts, Customers & Users is specific to Bingads and Applications to Pigment — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Bingads for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. No webhooks or change-data-capture.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Pigment through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Bingads and Pigment: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Bingads's Keywords & Negative Keywords and Budgets & Bid Strategies), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Bingads: SOAP web services (Bing Ads API v13): Campaign Management, Bulk, Reporting, Customer Management, Customer Billing, and Ad Insight services, plus offline conversion import. SDKs for C#, Java, Python, and PHP; a Sandbox environment mirrors production. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 (Microsoft identity platform / Azure AD) access tokens passed in the SOAP AuthenticationToken header, plus a Microsoft Advertising Developer Token that authorizes API access; calls are scoped by CustomerId and account (CustomerAccountId). Pigment: REST-based import and export API. Authentication: API keys, issued separately for import and export. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Pigment: Scenario versioning (budget versus forecast versus actuals) is native to the model, so exports need a scenario context to be meaningful. Bingads: There are no webhooks or change-data-capture: reports are generated asynchronously (submit, poll, download) and campaign state is refreshed via scheduled Bulk downloads or entity list calls. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Bingads and Pigment without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Bingads and Pigment records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Bingads and Pigment connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Bingads–Pigment integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Bingads and Pigment. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
