Two-way sync
Changes in Attio or Sysaid instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Attio and Sysaid in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
The CRM is supposed to be the record of every customer relationship, but customer-relevant information also accumulates in the other tools a team runs. Whatever Sysaid holds or produces that touches a customer, whether conversations, payments, replies, enriched data, or notes, the CRM only benefits if it arrives without someone copying it over.
Stacksync connects Configuration Items (CIs), Companies, Custom Fields, Incidents in Sysaid to People, Companies, Users, Deals in Attio with bi-directional, real-time sync. Activity and record changes in Sysaid update the matching contact or account in Attio, and CRM data flows the other way wherever Sysaid can store and use it.
Tickets and conversations attach to the right contact and account in Attio, so sales sees open issues before the next call.
Enriched fields land directly on records in Attio, and refreshes keep them from going stale.
Owner, lifecycle stage, or account details from Attio sync into Sysaid, so people working there have the context without switching tools.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Attio objects | Sysaid objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Companies Standard company object; matched to billing and product accounts in two-way syncs. | Companies Customer and department organizations that scope tickets and users; mapped to Accounts in a CRM or org tables in a database. | Same entity on both sides — records pair one-to-one and field-level changes reconcile in both directions. Custom fields on either side are included in the mapping. | |
| Users Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Users End users and admins on the /users endpoint; synced with an HRIS or identity source to keep requester and agent records current. | Same entity on both sides — records pair one-to-one and field-level changes reconcile in both directions. | |
| Workspaces Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Service Requests Catalog and help-desk requests on the same /sr endpoint (type=request); written or read so fulfillment can be driven from another system. | Workspaces is specific to Attio and Service Requests to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Custom objects Workspace-defined objects that behave like standard ones in the API. | Problems Root-cause records that group related incidents; read and written to keep problem management aligned with an external ITSM or reporting store. | Custom objects is specific to Attio and Problems to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| People Standard person object; synced with marketing tools and warehouse person tables. | Changes Change records (type=change) with approval and scheduling fields; synced two-way to drive CAB review and deployment workflows. | People is specific to Attio and Changes to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Deals Pipeline records; read out for revenue reporting and written to from automation. | Assets Hardware and software inventory; read out to a warehouse or written from a discovery or CMDB source of truth. | Deals is specific to Attio and Assets to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionAttio notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhooks on record and list-entry events, with polling as a fallback.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Sysaid through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionSysaid notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhooks (beta) push sr.created and sr.updated events with changed-field diffs and an X-Sysaid-Signature.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Attio through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Pick the Attio and Sysaid objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Attio and Sysaid: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Attio's Companies and Users), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Attio and Sysaid: Where Sysaid handles support or shared inboxes; Where Sysaid supplies contact or company data; Where Sysaid can store CRM context: fields kept current. Tickets and conversations attach to the right contact and account in Attio, so sales sees open issues before the next call.
Attio: REST API. Authentication: Guided in-app connection ("Attio CRM" connection created in a few clicks, "without any coding required"); the docs do not name the underlying auth mechanism (OAuth vs API key). Sysaid: REST API (JSON). Authentication: Client-credentials app keys: an application key (clientId/clientSecret) is created via /v1/application-keys, then exchanged at /v1/access-tokens for a bearer token (default 24h, up to 30 days); an x-sysaid-accountid header scopes the account. Legacy V0 uses session-cookie login. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Sysaid: SysAid ships cloud and on-premise editions; on-prem instances must be network-reachable from Stacksync, and the legacy V0 API uses session-cookie login instead of tokens. Attio: The data model is user-definable: standard objects like people and companies coexist with custom objects, and attributes can be added to any object, so syncs read the schema at runtime. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Attio and Sysaid without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Attio and Sysaid records are not retained after a sync operation.
