Two-way sync
Changes in Agiloft or SendGrid instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Agiloft and SendGrid in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Two tools in the daily stack often hold overlapping information: the same people, the same companies, or the same pieces of work, described twice. The tools do different jobs, so consolidating is not the answer; the overlap just needs to stop drifting.
Stacksync syncs Contracts, Companies, People, Attachments in Agiloft with Senders, Single Sends, Unsubscribe Groups, Email Activity in SendGrid in real time. You choose which records overlap, map the fields that should match, and pick a direction or let changes flow both ways. From then on, an update made in either tool is reflected in the other within seconds, without exports or copy-paste.
Because the sync is field-level, each tool keeps its own extras; only the shared data is held in agreement.
Information that originates in Agiloft stays current in SendGrid instead of going stale after a one-time paste.
When work started in one tool continues in the other, the shared fields travel with it automatically.
Contact and company details corrected in either tool update the other, so nobody works from the old version.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Agiloft objects | SendGrid objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Custom tables Agiloft is a no-code platform, so any customer-built table (NDAs, SOWs, vendor risk, renewals) exposes the same REST and SOAP CRUD and syncs like the standard CLM tables. | Segments Query-based contact groups whose membership SendGrid computes from contact fields. | Custom tables is specific to Agiloft and Segments to SendGrid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Contracts The core table holding contract records with value, key dates, status, type, and linked parties; created and updated two-way so contract data moves between Agiloft and a database, ERP, or CRM. | Categories Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Contracts is specific to Agiloft and Categories to SendGrid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Companies Records for every organization - counterparties, vendors, customers - linked to contracts and people; read and written to keep account master data aligned with a CRM or ERP. | Senders Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Companies is specific to Agiloft and Senders to SendGrid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| People Parent table for individuals, split into Employees (internal users) and Contacts (external company contacts); synced to map signers, approvers, and account owners to CRM or HR records. | Single Sends One-off marketing campaigns whose stats are read back for reporting. | People is specific to Agiloft and Single Sends to SendGrid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Attachments File records holding the executed contract PDFs and supporting documents linked to a contract; read to pull signed files out, or written to push generated documents in. | Unsubscribe Groups Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Attachments is specific to Agiloft and Unsubscribe Groups to SendGrid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Approvals Per-record approval instances generated from Approval Templates and Workflows; read to report approval status and cycle time, or written to trigger and record decisions. | Email Activity Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Approvals is specific to Agiloft and Email Activity to SendGrid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionAgiloft notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Native webhook subscriptions (POST /ewws/webhooks) fire on record create, edit, or delete after a GET handshake verifies the callback URL.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to SendGrid through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionSendGrid notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Event Webhook posts delivery and engagement events (processed, delivered, open, click, bounce, spam report) to an HTTP endpoint.

Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Agiloft–SendGrid connection.
Changes in Agiloft or SendGrid instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Agiloft or SendGrid data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Agiloft or SendGrid record.
Track your Agiloft ⇄ SendGrid sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Agiloft and SendGrid.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Agiloft and SendGrid with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Agiloft and SendGrid objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Agiloft and SendGrid: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Agiloft's Custom tables and Contracts), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Agiloft: REST API (/ewws/rest/{kb}) and SOAP/EWS v2 web services (EWWSv2Service WSDL), plus a native Webhooks subscription API. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 via OAuth2 Client Setup - Authorization Code with PKCE for user-delegated apps and Client Credentials for machine-to-machine; also JWT tokens or Basic Auth with a session token from POST /ewws/rest/{kb}/login. SendGrid: REST API (v3). Authentication: API key (create in SendGrid Settings > API Keys with Custom Access / Full Access for the objects to sync; key begins with "SG"). Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Agiloft: The People table is a parent split into Employees (internal users) and Contacts (external company contacts), both linked to Companies and Contracts. SendGrid: Email Activity access requires an add-on subscription in SendGrid; without it the Email Activity API is not available. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Agiloft and SendGrid without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Agiloft and SendGrid records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Agiloft and SendGrid connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Agiloft–SendGrid integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Agiloft and SendGrid. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
