Two-way sync
Changes in Agiloft or Notion instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Agiloft and Notion in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Two tools in the daily stack often hold overlapping information: the same people, the same companies, or the same pieces of work, described twice. The tools do different jobs, so consolidating is not the answer; the overlap just needs to stop drifting.
Stacksync syncs Custom tables, Contracts, Companies, People in Agiloft with Users, Comments, Files and attachments, Pages in Notion in real time. You choose which records overlap, map the fields that should match, and pick a direction or let changes flow both ways. From then on, an update made in either tool is reflected in the other within seconds, without exports or copy-paste.
Because the sync is field-level, each tool keeps its own extras; only the shared data is held in agreement.
Information that originates in Agiloft stays current in Notion instead of going stale after a one-time paste.
When work started in one tool continues in the other, the shared fields travel with it automatically.
Contact and company details corrected in either tool update the other, so nobody works from the old version.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Agiloft objects | Notion objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tasks Assigned action items with owners, due dates, and states tied to contracts or projects; synced two-way to surface Agiloft work inside a PM or operations system. | Properties Typed columns on a page — title, rich_text, number, select, multi_select, date, people, relation, status, checkbox, URL. Read and written both ways. | Tasks is specific to Agiloft and Properties to Notion — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Clause Library Reusable, approved contract clauses with metadata and categories; read to feed clause content into other systems or reporting, or maintained from an external source of truth. | Blocks The page body — paragraphs, headings, to-dos, tables — nested as children and fetched recursively, separate from a page's properties. | Clause Library is specific to Agiloft and Blocks to Notion — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Custom tables Agiloft is a no-code platform, so any customer-built table (NDAs, SOWs, vendor risk, renewals) exposes the same REST and SOAP CRUD and syncs like the standard CLM tables. | Formula and Rollup properties Values computed by Notion from other fields; read-only, so they are pulled out for reporting but never written back. | Custom tables is specific to Agiloft and Formula and Rollup properties to Notion — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Contracts The core table holding contract records with value, key dates, status, type, and linked parties; created and updated two-way so contract data moves between Agiloft and a database, ERP, or CRM. | Users Workspace members and bots referenced by people properties; read-only — users cannot be created or invited through the API. | Contracts is specific to Agiloft and Users to Notion — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Companies Records for every organization - counterparties, vendors, customers - linked to contracts and people; read and written to keep account master data aligned with a CRM or ERP. | Comments Page and inline discussion threads; can be read and created, useful for surfacing Notion activity in another system. | Companies is specific to Agiloft and Comments to Notion — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| People Parent table for individuals, split into Employees (internal users) and Contacts (external company contacts); synced to map signers, approvers, and account owners to CRM or HR records. | Files and attachments File-property and file-block values. Notion-hosted URLs are temporary and expire, so files are re-fetched or copied at sync time. | People is specific to Agiloft and Files and attachments to Notion — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionAgiloft notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Native webhook subscriptions (POST /ewws/webhooks) fire on record create, edit, or delete after a GET handshake verifies the callback URL.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Notion through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionNotion notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Workspace webhooks (page.created, page.content_updated, data_source.schema_updated, comment.created.

Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Agiloft and Notion: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Agiloft's Tasks and Clause Library), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Common patterns for Agiloft and Notion: Where Notion is where the team documents or plans: keep its data fed; Handoffs between teams; Where both tools track people or companies: one consistent record. Information that originates in Agiloft stays current in Notion instead of going stale after a one-time paste.
Agiloft: REST API (/ewws/rest/{kb}) and SOAP/EWS v2 web services (EWWSv2Service WSDL), plus a native Webhooks subscription API. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 via OAuth2 Client Setup - Authorization Code with PKCE for user-delegated apps and Client Credentials for machine-to-machine; also JWT tokens or Basic Auth with a session token from POST /ewws/rest/{kb}/login. Notion: REST API (api.notion.com/v1). Authentication: OAuth 2.0 for public integrations, or an internal integration secret (bearer token); every request must send a Notion-Version header. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Agiloft: Native webhooks fire on record create, edit, or delete, and Agiloft verifies the callback URL with a GET handshake before delivering events; register them via POST /ewws/webhooks. Notion: Formula and rollup property values are computed by Notion and are read-only; they cannot be written back. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Agiloft and Notion without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Agiloft and Notion records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Agiloft and Notion connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Agiloft–Notion integration in-house.
