Two-way sync
Changes in Agiloft or Ldap instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Agiloft and Ldap in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Agiloft is where customer-facing and operational work happens: the tickets, conversations, contacts, and records a team touches every day. Ldap is where engineering runs the systems behind that work — the issue trackers, message brokers, directories, and monitors that keep services moving. The same items, people, and events matter to both, and when the only link between them is a manual hand-off or an overnight export, each side acts on a stale copy of what the other already knows.
Stacksync syncs Companies, People, Attachments, Approvals in Agiloft with Organizational units (ou), Attributes, Operational attributes, Schema (subschema subentry) in Ldap field by field, in real time, and in both directions. You decide which system owns which fields; Stacksync maps the overlap, resolves conflicts by rules you set, and keeps every copy current, with no middleware to build and no API limits to babysit.
Where both systems keep records for the same contacts, items, or users, a correction in either updates the other, ending dual maintenance and keeping IDs aligned for every other flow.
A ticket or request raised in Agiloft opens or updates a matching issue in Ldap, and status, comments, and resolution flow back, so support and engineering work the same item instead of retyping it.
Records created or changed in Agiloft publish to the queue or topic in Ldap as they happen, so downstream services react to real events rather than polling for them.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Agiloft objects | Ldap objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Attachments File records holding the executed contract PDFs and supporting documents linked to a contract; read to pull signed files out, or written to push generated documents in. | Organizational units (ou) Container entries that structure the DIT and scope which subtree a sync reads or writes; used to limit a sync to a branch such as ou=People,dc=corp,dc=com. | Attachments is specific to Agiloft and Organizational units (ou) to Ldap — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Approvals Per-record approval instances generated from Approval Templates and Workflows; read to report approval status and cycle time, or written to trigger and record decisions. | Attributes The typed name/value pairs on each entry (cn, mail, memberOf, objectClass); the schema defines which attributes each objectClass allows, and mappings are built per attribute. | Approvals is specific to Agiloft and Attributes to Ldap — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Tasks Assigned action items with owners, due dates, and states tied to contracts or projects; synced two-way to surface Agiloft work inside a PM or operations system. | Operational attributes Server-maintained metadata such as modifyTimestamp, createTimestamp, entryUUID, entryCSN, and uSNChanged; read to drive incremental polling and to key entries stably across syncs. | Tasks is specific to Agiloft and Operational attributes to Ldap — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Clause Library Reusable, approved contract clauses with metadata and categories; read to feed clause content into other systems or reporting, or maintained from an external source of truth. | Schema (subschema subentry) The objectClass and attribute-type definitions the server exposes; read to validate that written attributes exist and are single- or multi-valued as expected. | Clause Library is specific to Agiloft and Schema (subschema subentry) to Ldap — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Custom tables Agiloft is a no-code platform, so any customer-built table (NDAs, SOWs, vendor risk, renewals) exposes the same REST and SOAP CRUD and syncs like the standard CLM tables. | Entries The fundamental unit of an LDAP directory, each addressed by a distinguished name (DN) and typed by its objectClass; synced two-way as records, with the DN driving upserts and attribute-level updates. | Custom tables is specific to Agiloft and Entries to Ldap — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Contracts The core table holding contract records with value, key dates, status, type, and linked parties; created and updated two-way so contract data moves between Agiloft and a database, ERP, or CRM. | Person entries (inetOrgPerson / user) People held under objectClasses such as inetOrgPerson, person, or Active Directory user; synced two-way to create accounts and update attributes like mail, cn, and telephoneNumber. | Contracts is specific to Agiloft and Person entries (inetOrgPerson / user) to Ldap — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionAgiloft notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Native webhook subscriptions (POST /ewws/webhooks) fire on record create, edit, or delete after a GET handshake verifies the callback URL.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Ldap through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionStacksync polls Ldap for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. No universal native change feed.

Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Agiloft–Ldap connection.
Changes in Agiloft or Ldap instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Agiloft or Ldap data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Agiloft or Ldap record.
Track your Agiloft ⇄ Ldap sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Agiloft and Ldap.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Agiloft and Ldap with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Agiloft and Ldap objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Agiloft and Ldap: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Agiloft's Attachments and Approvals), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Agiloft: Agiloft exposes both a SOAP/EWS v2 interface (EWWSv2Service WSDL) and a REST interface under /ewws/rest/{kb}, authenticated with OAuth 2.0, JWT, or a session token. Ldap: Authentication is a bind DN and password (simple bind), typically over LDAPS/TLS; SASL mechanisms such as GSSAPI/Kerberos or EXTERNAL client certificates depend on the server. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Agiloft and Ldap without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Agiloft and Ldap records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Agiloft and Ldap connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Agiloft–Ldap integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Agiloft and Ldap. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Agiloft: Native webhook subscriptions (POST /ewws/webhooks) fire on record create, edit, or delete after a GET handshake verifies the callback URL; otherwise poll each table by its Date Updated / modified-time fields. Agiloft has no database change-data-capture log. On Ldap: No universal native change feed. Incremental sync polls the modifyTimestamp operational attribute (or entryCSN / uSNChanged on servers that expose them) for entries changed since the last cursor; detecting deletes needs a server changelog or tombstones because a plain search cannot see removed entries. Some servers add Persistent Search or RFC 4533 content-sync (syncrepl), but that support is server-specific. No webhooks. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
