Two-way sync
Changes in Adyen or Jobvite instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Adyen and Jobvite in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Adyen runs the money side of the company: who gets paid, what it costs, and which part of the business the cost belongs to. Jobvite runs the people side: who works here, which team they sit in, and how their employment changes over time. The two overlap on the same people and the same org structure, because every employee is also a payee and every department is also a cost center. When that overlap is maintained by hand, a new hire, a transfer, or a termination has to be keyed twice, and the two systems start to disagree about who is active and where the cost lands.
Stacksync syncs Webhook Configurations, Settlement Detail Reports, Payments, Modifications (Captures, Refunds, Cancels) in Adyen with Attachment, Offer, Candidate, Requisition (Job) in Jobvite bi-directionally and in real time. A person added, updated, or deactivated on either side appears on the other within seconds, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution in place of CSV exports and nightly batch jobs.
That matters most when money follows a people event. A hire that finance can pay, a leaver whose access ends, a transfer that redirects cost to the right team, all happen from one change instead of two, so headcount and spend reconcile from the same set of records.
When someone is added in Jobvite, a matching employee or payee record appears in Adyen, ready for payroll, expenses, or cost allocation without anyone rekeying the details.
A person's name, ID, or contact details corrected in either system update the other, so finance and HR reference the same person instead of maintaining two versions.
The org structure maintained in Jobvite keeps the departments or cost centers in Adyen current, so spend and headcount roll up the same way.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Adyen objects | Jobvite objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Users and API Credentials Customer Area users and API-credential objects managed via the Management API; created, updated, and deprovisioned to keep Adyen access aligned with an IdP or HR source. | Attachment Resumes, cover letters, and files attached to a candidate; synced out to object storage or a document management system. | Users and API Credentials is specific to Adyen and Attachment to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Webhook Configurations Per-company or per-merchant webhook subscriptions (Management API); created, listed, and updated to control which events Adyen sends and to which endpoint and HMAC key. | Offer Offer state tied to an application (extended, accepted, declined); read out for offer-acceptance reporting and written to downstream comp or HR systems. | Webhook Configurations is specific to Adyen and Offer to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Settlement Detail Reports Downloadable reports of settled transactions, fees, and payouts per merchant account; read-only, delivered when a report webhook fires, and loaded for finance reconciliation. | Candidate Read from the candidate feed (GET /candidate) and written back via POST /candidate/updateCandidates to change status, notes, and disposition on each record. | Settlement Detail Reports is specific to Adyen and Candidate to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Payments Checkout API payment requests and results (/payments); created to authorize a card, wallet, or local payment, and retrieved by pspReference. Final state arrives asynchronously via the AUTHORISATION webhook. | Requisition (Job) Job openings created or updated through POST /job and read from GET /jobFeed; maps to opening tables in an ATS reporting warehouse. | Payments is specific to Adyen and Requisition (Job) to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Modifications (Captures, Refunds, Cancels) Actions on an authorized payment via /payments/{pspReference}/captures, /refunds, and /cancels; written to settle, return, or void funds, with results confirmed by CAPTURE and REFUND webhooks. | Application Links a candidate to one requisition with its workflow state; read for pipeline reporting and status written back through the candidate update call. | Modifications (Captures, Refunds, Cancels) is specific to Adyen and Application to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Payment Links Hosted payment link objects created through /paymentLinks; created, retrieved, and expired, with paid or expired status reported back through webhooks for accounts-receivable sync. | Workflow Status The pipeline stage per application (Screen, Interview, Offer, Hired); updated through POST /candidate/updateCandidates to advance records. | Payment Links is specific to Adyen and Workflow Status to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionAdyen notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Standard webhooks for payment events (AUTHORISATION, CAPTURE, REFUND, CHARGEBACK, and more) plus Management, Balance Platform, and report webhooks.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Jobvite through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionJobvite notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. A candidate hired webhook, configured per customer by a Jobvite rep, POSTs to a custom URL on hire/offer-accepted events.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Adyen through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Adyen and Jobvite: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Adyen's Users and API Credentials and Webhook Configurations), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
On the Adyen side: Webhook Configurations, Settlement Detail Reports, Payments, Modifications (Captures, Refunds, Cancels), plus custom fields where Adyen exposes them. On the Jobvite side: Attachment, Offer, Candidate, Requisition (Job). Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Adyen and Jobvite: New person becomes a known record in finance; One employee identity; Department and cost-center alignment. When someone is added in Jobvite, a matching employee or payee record appears in Adyen, ready for payroll, expenses, or cost allocation without anyone rekeying the details.
Adyen: REST APIs on adyen.com - Checkout (/checkout/v71), Management (/v3), Balance Platform / Configuration, Transfers, Payouts, and Reports, with standard webhooks for events. Authentication: API key in the X-API-Key header per web service or Balance Platform user (primary for Checkout, Management, and Balance Platform); Basic auth for classic web-service users; OAuth 2.0 for partner integrations; client keys are client-side only. Jobvite: REST API (JSON) with candidate, requisition (job), and employee feed endpoints under https://api.jobvite.com/{version}. Authentication: API key (api) and secret (sc) plus company ID (companyId), sent in request headers since Jobvite's April 1, 2024 move from URL-query to header-based auth. Credentials are provisioned per customer by Jobvite Support. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Adyen: Adyen has no generic list-all-payments endpoint; historical transaction data is retrieved from Settlement Detail Reports and reconciled with the pspReference from webhooks, and amounts are expressed in minor units with a currency code. Jobvite: API access is provisioned per customer by Jobvite; integration credentials and the candidate hired webhook URL are configured with a Jobvite rep, not self-serve. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Adyen and Jobvite without custom code.
