Two-way sync
Changes in Streak CRM or Sysaid instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Streak CRM and Sysaid in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
The CRM is supposed to be the record of every customer relationship, but customer-relevant information also accumulates in the other tools a team runs. Whatever Sysaid holds or produces that touches a customer, whether conversations, payments, replies, enriched data, or notes, the CRM only benefits if it arrives without someone copying it over.
Stacksync connects Custom Fields, Incidents, Service Requests, Problems in Sysaid to Custom fields, Pipelines, Boxes, Stages in Streak CRM with bi-directional, real-time sync. Activity and record changes in Sysaid update the matching contact or account in Streak CRM, and CRM data flows the other way wherever Sysaid can store and use it.
Tickets and conversations attach to the right contact and account in Streak CRM, so sales sees open issues before the next call.
Enriched fields land directly on records in Streak CRM, and refreshes keep them from going stale.
Owner, lifecycle stage, or account details from Streak CRM sync into Sysaid, so people working there have the context without switching tools.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Streak CRM objects | Sysaid objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Custom fields Per-pipeline field definitions that determine what data a box can hold. | Custom Fields Org-specific fields on service records, discoverable through the API so mappings can be generated without hardcoding names. | Same entity on both sides — records pair one-to-one and field-level changes reconcile in both directions. | |
| Email threads Gmail threads linked to boxes, since the CRM lives inside the inbox. | Changes Change records (type=change) with approval and scheduling fields; synced two-way to drive CAB review and deployment workflows. | Email threads is specific to Streak CRM and Changes to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Pipelines Define the process and the custom field schema that boxes in them carry. | Users End users and admins on the /users endpoint; synced with an HRIS or identity source to keep requester and agent records current. | Pipelines is specific to Streak CRM and Users to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Boxes The core record (a deal, hire, or project) tracked through pipeline stages. | Assets Hardware and software inventory; read out to a warehouse or written from a discovery or CMDB source of truth. | Boxes is specific to Streak CRM and Assets to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Stages Pipeline steps whose transitions are the usual trigger for downstream syncs. | Configuration Items (CIs) CMDB entries and their relationships; synced with an external CMDB or asset database for one inventory view. | Stages is specific to Streak CRM and Configuration Items (CIs) to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Contacts People linked to boxes, synced with marketing and support tools. | Companies Customer and department organizations that scope tickets and users; mapped to Accounts in a CRM or org tables in a database. | Contacts is specific to Streak CRM and Companies to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Streak CRM for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling against pipeline, box, and contact endpoints.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Sysaid through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionSysaid notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhooks (beta) push sr.created and sr.updated events with changed-field diffs and an X-Sysaid-Signature.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Streak CRM and Sysaid: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Streak CRM's Custom fields and Email threads), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Streak CRM: REST API. Authentication: API key issued per user. Sysaid: REST API (JSON). Authentication: Client-credentials app keys: an application key (clientId/clientSecret) is created via /v1/application-keys, then exchanged at /v1/access-tokens for a bearer token (default 24h, up to 30 days); an x-sysaid-accountid header scopes the account. Legacy V0 uses session-cookie login. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Sysaid: SysAid ships cloud and on-premise editions; on-prem instances must be network-reachable from Stacksync, and the legacy V0 API uses session-cookie login instead of tokens. Streak CRM: Streak runs inside Gmail as an extension, so its boxes link directly to email threads rather than to a standalone activity log. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Streak CRM and Sysaid without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Streak CRM and Sysaid records are not retained after a sync operation.
