Two-way sync
Changes in SendGrid or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep SendGrid and Xactly in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
The CRM is supposed to be the record of every customer relationship, but customer-relevant information also accumulates in the other tools a team runs. Whatever SendGrid holds or produces that touches a customer, whether conversations, payments, replies, enriched data, or notes, the CRM only benefits if it arrives without someone copying it over.
Stacksync connects Unsubscribe Groups, Email Activity, Contacts, List in SendGrid to Payment Summary (Payable), Products & Customers, Orders, Credits in Xactly with bi-directional, real-time sync. Activity and record changes in SendGrid update the matching contact or account in Xactly, and CRM data flows the other way wherever SendGrid can store and use it.
Charges, refunds, and subscription changes appear on the account in Xactly, so revenue context lives with the relationship.
Owner, lifecycle stage, or account details from Xactly sync into SendGrid, so people working there have the context without switching tools.
Tickets and conversations attach to the right contact and account in Xactly, so sales sees open issues before the next call.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| SendGrid objects | Xactly objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Segments Query-based contact groups whose membership SendGrid computes from contact fields. | Quotas / Targets Period quota and target values per position or plan; loaded from planning tools through Connect (write) and read for attainment reporting, so read and write. | Segments is specific to SendGrid and Quotas / Targets to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Categories Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Payment Summary (Payable) Approved payable amounts per participant per period; read as the output that feeds payroll and accounts payable, so effectively read-only. | Categories is specific to SendGrid and Payment Summary (Payable) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Senders Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Products & Customers Product and customer/account master used in crediting rules and reporting; loaded and updated from CRM/ERP through Connect (write) and read for lookups, so read and write. | Senders is specific to SendGrid and Products & Customers to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Single Sends One-off marketing campaigns whose stats are read back for reporting. | Orders Sales order and transaction records loaded into Incent as the raw input for crediting and calculation; created and updated through Connect load and ETL steps (write) and read back for reconciliation, so read and write. | Single Sends is specific to SendGrid and Orders to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Unsubscribe Groups Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Credits Crediting records that tie an order to a participant and position; system-calculated credits are read, while manual and adjustment credits are loaded through Connect, so read and write. | Unsubscribe Groups is specific to SendGrid and Credits to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Email Activity Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Transactions (Commission & Bonus) Calculated commission and bonus line items produced by Incent's calculation engine; read as the output of comp runs for reporting and downstream payout, so effectively read-only results. | Email Activity is specific to SendGrid and Transactions (Commission & Bonus) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionSendGrid notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Event Webhook posts delivery and engagement events (processed, delivered, open, click, bounce, spam report) to an HTTP endpoint.
DeliveryEach detected change is applied to Xactly as a row-level write, with types converted between the two schemas.
DetectionStacksync polls Xactly for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. No CDC log for external tools to consume.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to SendGrid through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every SendGrid–Xactly connection.
Changes in SendGrid or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever SendGrid or Xactly data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single SendGrid or Xactly record.
Track your SendGrid ⇄ Xactly sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between SendGrid and Xactly.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate SendGrid and Xactly with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the SendGrid and Xactly objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between SendGrid and Xactly: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as SendGrid's Segments and Categories), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
SendGrid: Contact upserts through the v3 Marketing Campaigns API are asynchronous jobs: the API returns a job ID and processes the batch in the background. Xactly: Connect exposes Incent's data as ANSI-SQL-queryable objects (for example xactly_order, xactly_credit, xactly_transaction, xactly_payment) reachable over the Connect REST API v2 or ODBC/JDBC drivers, using the same SQL model for both query and load. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between SendGrid and Xactly without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means SendGrid and Xactly records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed SendGrid and Xactly connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom SendGrid–Xactly integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both SendGrid and Xactly. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on SendGrid: Event Webhook posts delivery and engagement events (processed, delivered, open, click, bounce, spam report) to an HTTP endpoint; contact and list changes are detected by polling. On Xactly: No CDC log for external tools to consume. Incremental sync uses SQL predicates on modified/last-updated timestamp columns (for example WHERE modified_date > watermark) against Connect's queryable objects, or scheduled Connect ETL Pipelines that pull deltas since the last run. Xactly Connect has no outbound HTTP webhooks, so change detection is pull/ETL-based. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
