Two-way sync
Changes in Resend or Ukg Pro instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Resend and Ukg Pro in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Each tool in Resend keeps its own list of who can use it: users, members, or agents, along with the team they sit on and whether they are still active. Ukg Pro is the authoritative record of the same people as employees, with their department, manager, and employment status. When those two are connected only by manual account admin or a periodic export, the work tools drift: new hires wait days for access, team and manager changes never catch up, and people who have left keep standing accounts.
Stacksync syncs Broadcasts, Domains, Email events, API keys in Resend with Time & Attendance (UTA), Employee (Person Details), Employment Details, Job / Position History in Ukg Pro bi-directionally and in real time. A person added, moved, or offboarded in Ukg Pro creates or updates the matching user in Resend within seconds, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution in place of spreadsheets and one-off account changes. Where Resend captures details of its own, such as a corrected contact or a login identity, those can flow back to Ukg Pro in whichever direction you configure.
Because the sync is field-level, each system keeps its own extras; only the shared facts, who a person is, which team they belong to, and whether their access should be on, are held in agreement.
When someone is marked as leaving in Ukg Pro, the matching account in Resend is deactivated or flagged, so departures do not leave open access behind.
A person's name, title, contact details, or status corrected in either system updates the other, so both sides stop maintaining separate copies of the same person.
Department, team, and reporting-line changes from Ukg Pro keep the groups, queues, or projects in Resend assigned to the right people.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Resend objects | Ukg Pro objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Emails Sent messages retrievable by ID with current delivery status. | Time & Attendance (UTA) Timekeeping and worked-hours data exposed by the UTA services; synced into scheduling, payroll, or workforce-analytics databases. | Emails is specific to Resend and Time & Attendance (UTA) to Ukg Pro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Contacts Recipient records with email, name, and subscription state, synced from CRMs or databases. | Employee (Person Details) Core worker record with demographics and identifiers; read by listing employee IDs then fetching each profile, and created on hire via the personnel/onboarding endpoints. | Contacts is specific to Resend and Employee (Person Details) to Ukg Pro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Audiences Named contact lists that broadcasts target; typically mirrored from CRM segments. | Employment Details Employment status, hire and service dates, and company assignment; the record that drives active/terminated state for provisioning downstream. | Audiences is specific to Resend and Employment Details to Ukg Pro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Broadcasts One-to-many campaign sends addressed to an audience. | Job / Position History Effective-dated job, position, department, supervisor, location, and cost center; the most-synced record for org charts, provisioning, and analytics. | Broadcasts is specific to Resend and Job / Position History to Ukg Pro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Domains Verified sending domains with DNS and DKIM status. | Compensation Details Effective-dated pay rate and salary; usually read into a warehouse for comp reporting and writable as new dated changes through the compensation endpoints. | Domains is specific to Resend and Compensation Details to Ukg Pro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Email events Delivered, bounced, complained, opened, and clicked events emitted via webhooks and written back to source systems. | Payroll (Pay Statements, Direct Deposit, Earnings) Pay statements, direct-deposit accounts, and earnings history; read-only pay data replicated into finance and warehouse systems for labor-cost reporting. | Email events is specific to Resend and Payroll (Pay Statements, Direct Deposit, Earnings) to Ukg Pro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Resend and Ukg Pro: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Resend's Emails and Contacts), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Resend and Ukg Pro connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Resend–Ukg Pro integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Resend and Ukg Pro. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Resend: Webhooks for email lifecycle events; polling for contact and audience state. On Ukg Pro: No CDC stream. UKG Pro publishes Pro HCM Webhook Events for changes such as new hire, employee and job detail changes, termination, and PTO, which Stacksync subscribes to for near-real-time triggers; bulk and historical loads use paged reads with each service's modified-since filters. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
On the Resend side: Broadcasts, Domains, Email events, API keys, plus custom fields where Resend exposes them. On the Ukg Pro side: Time & Attendance (UTA), Employee (Person Details), Employment Details, Job / Position History. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
