Two-way sync
Changes in Jumpcloud or SAP Business ByDesign instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Jumpcloud and SAP Business ByDesign in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
An ERP and an identity system describe the same workforce from two angles. SAP Business ByDesign holds the authoritative record of who works at the company, and often their department, title, manager, and cost center. Jumpcloud controls the accounts, groups, and access those same people use every day. When the two aren't connected, every hire, transfer, and departure has to be keyed twice, and the window between someone leaving in SAP Business ByDesign and their account still being active in Jumpcloud is a real security exposure.
Stacksync syncs Materials / Products, Purchase Orders, Opportunities, Projects in SAP Business ByDesign with Applications (SSO), Policies, Commands, Directory Insights events in Jumpcloud in real time, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution in place of CSV exports and nightly jobs. A new hire, a department change, or a termination propagates within seconds, and where you want changes to flow both ways — the ERP's org data into the directory, account status back into the ERP — the same mapping handles it.
That matters most at offboarding and audit time. When the directory reflects the ERP's current headcount and org structure, disabling access no longer depends on someone remembering to update a second system, and access reviews start from a roster both sides already agree on.
People are matched across both systems on an identifier you choose, such as work email or employee ID, so there is a single accurate list of who is active.
A person added in one system gets a matching account or record in the other automatically, so a new hire can be granted access without anyone re-keying their details.
When a person is marked terminated or inactive in one system, the matching account is disabled in the other within seconds, closing the gap that leaves ex-employees with live access.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Jumpcloud and SAP Business ByDesign: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Jumpcloud's System Groups and Applications (SSO)), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Jumpcloud: JumpCloud REST API - v1 (console.jumpcloud.com/api) for Systems, System Users, and Commands; v2 (/api/v2) for User Groups, System Groups, Applications, Policies, and resource associations; plus the Directory Insights API (api.jumpcloud.com/insights/directory/v1/events) and Webhook Channels for outbound events. Authentication: Admin API key sent in the x-api-key header (keys are prefixed jca_, generated in the console with a 30-365 day expiry, and disabled for admins by default until enabled); an x-org-id header scopes calls to a single organization for MSP multi-tenant admins. System Context authorization (HMAC-signed) also exists for agent-run calls. SAP Business ByDesign: SOAP web services plus OData services for analytical and custom data access. Authentication: Basic authentication over TLS for service users; OAuth-based options exist for certain scenarios. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
SAP Business ByDesign: The integration surface is primarily SOAP web services organized around ByDesign's business object model, with OData services available for reporting-style access. Jumpcloud: There is no database-style change log; change detection uses the Directory Insights API (POST queries, including the association_change event for user-to-group and policy-to-device changes) and Webhook Channels tied to Insights Rules that POST JSON to a registered endpoint. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Jumpcloud and SAP Business ByDesign without custom code.
