Two-way sync
Changes in Jobvite or Klaviyo instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Jobvite and Klaviyo in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Each tool in Klaviyo keeps its own list of who can use it: users, members, or agents, along with the team they sit on and whether they are still active. Jobvite is the authoritative record of the same people as employees, with their department, manager, and employment status. When those two are connected only by manual account admin or a periodic export, the work tools drift: new hires wait days for access, team and manager changes never catch up, and people who have left keep standing accounts.
Stacksync syncs Metrics, Campaigns, Flows, Templates in Klaviyo with New Hire, Employee, Attachment, Offer in Jobvite bi-directionally and in real time. A person added, moved, or offboarded in Jobvite creates or updates the matching user in Klaviyo within seconds, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution in place of spreadsheets and one-off account changes. Where Klaviyo captures details of its own, such as a corrected contact or a login identity, those can flow back to Jobvite in whichever direction you configure.
Because the sync is field-level, each system keeps its own extras; only the shared facts, who a person is, which team they belong to, and whether their access should be on, are held in agreement.
A new hire recorded in Jobvite creates the matching user in Klaviyo with the right team and manager already set, so people can start working without waiting on a provisioning ticket.
When someone is marked as leaving in Jobvite, the matching account in Klaviyo is deactivated or flagged, so departures do not leave open access behind.
A person's name, title, contact details, or status corrected in either system updates the other, so both sides stop maintaining separate copies of the same person.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Jobvite objects | Klaviyo objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Offer Offer state tied to an application (extended, accepted, declined); read out for offer-acceptance reporting and written to downstream comp or HR systems. | Templates Message templates are accessible via API for content management workflows. | Offer is specific to Jobvite and Templates to Klaviyo — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Candidate Read from the candidate feed (GET /candidate) and written back via POST /candidate/updateCandidates to change status, notes, and disposition on each record. | Catalog Items Product catalog records synced from an ERP or PIM power product blocks and back-in-stock triggers. | Candidate is specific to Jobvite and Catalog Items to Klaviyo — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Requisition (Job) Job openings created or updated through POST /job and read from GET /jobFeed; maps to opening tables in an ATS reporting warehouse. | Tags Organizational labels on campaigns, flows, and lists support reporting rollups. | Requisition (Job) is specific to Jobvite and Tags to Klaviyo — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Application Links a candidate to one requisition with its workflow state; read for pipeline reporting and status written back through the candidate update call. | Profiles Person records with arbitrary custom properties are the target for CRM and warehouse-sourced attributes. | Application is specific to Jobvite and Profiles to Klaviyo — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Workflow Status The pipeline stage per application (Screen, Interview, Offer, Hired); updated through POST /candidate/updateCandidates to advance records. | Lists Static audience memberships sync in from CRMs and forms for targeting. | Workflow Status is specific to Jobvite and Lists to Klaviyo — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| New Hire Hired-candidate records surfaced in the candidate feed and via the candidate hired webhook; commonly written into an HRIS or onboarding tool. | Segments Dynamic audiences are readable so other tools can mirror who qualifies. | New Hire is specific to Jobvite and Segments to Klaviyo — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionJobvite notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. A candidate hired webhook, configured per customer by a Jobvite rep, POSTs to a custom URL on hire/offer-accepted events.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Klaviyo through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionKlaviyo notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Polling on updated timestamps.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Jobvite and Klaviyo: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Jobvite's Offer and Candidate), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Jobvite: REST API (JSON) with candidate, requisition (job), and employee feed endpoints under https://api.jobvite.com/{version}. Authentication: API key (api) and secret (sc) plus company ID (companyId), sent in request headers since Jobvite's April 1, 2024 move from URL-query to header-based auth. Credentials are provisioned per customer by Jobvite Support. Klaviyo: REST API compliant with the JSON:API specification. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 for apps or private API keys. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Klaviyo: Klaviyo's current APIs follow the JSON:API specification, so payloads use typed resource objects with relationships rather than flat JSON. Jobvite: As of April 1, 2024 Jobvite requires credentials (api key plus sc secret) in request headers; the older URL-query authentication was retired. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Jobvite and Klaviyo without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Jobvite and Klaviyo records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Jobvite and Klaviyo connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Jobvite–Klaviyo integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Jobvite and Klaviyo. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
