Sysaid: Webhooks are in beta and currently emit only service-record events (sr.created, sr.updated); users, assets, and CIs are not yet covered and need polling. Insightly: Most core objects support custom fields, which is the standard place to land externally sourced data during syncs. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Insightly and Sysaid without custom code.
