Authentication: API access key passed in the 'accesskey' request header (non-expiring), generated by a Gainsight admin; M2M OAuth (Client ID/Secret) is also supported. Microsoft 365: REST API (Microsoft Graph). Authentication: OAuth 2.0 via Microsoft Entra ID, with delegated or application permissions. Gainsight: Every object exposes Gsid (unique id), CreatedDate, and ModifiedDate system fields; incremental sync orders changes by the filterable and sortable ModifiedDate.
