Two-way sync
Changes in Full Enrich or Gainsight instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Full Enrich and Gainsight in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Two tools in the daily stack often hold overlapping information: the same people, the same companies, or the same pieces of work, described twice. The tools do different jobs, so consolidating is not the answer; the overlap just needs to stop drifting.
Stacksync syncs Emails, Phone numbers, Credits, Enrichment requests in Full Enrich with Task and Playbook, Custom Objects, Company, Person (People) in Gainsight in real time. You choose which records overlap, map the fields that should match, and pick a direction or let changes flow both ways. From then on, an update made in either tool is reflected in the other within seconds, without exports or copy-paste.
Because the sync is field-level, each tool keeps its own extras; only the shared data is held in agreement.
Information that originates in Full Enrich stays current in Gainsight instead of going stale after a one-time paste.
When work started in one tool continues in the other, the shared fields travel with it automatically.
Contact and company details corrected in either tool update the other, so nobody works from the old version.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Full Enrich objects | Gainsight objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Emails Returned addresses with verification status, written back to the CRM or database. | Task and Playbook Cockpit tasks generated from CTAs and playbooks; synced with Jira or Asana so execution happens in the team's own tool. | Emails is specific to Full Enrich and Task and Playbook to Gainsight — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Phone numbers Returned mobile and direct-dial numbers from the provider waterfall. | Custom Objects Org-specific MDA tables with the __gc suffix; discoverable via the Describe API so field mappings can be generated automatically. | Phone numbers is specific to Full Enrich and Custom Objects to Gainsight — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Credits Account balance consumed on successful finds; monitored to pace sync jobs. | Company Customer/account master in Gainsight CS; two-way synced with CRM and warehouse customer tables to keep ARR, owner, and renewal fields aligned. | Credits is specific to Full Enrich and Company to Gainsight — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Enrichment requests Submitted batches of contacts to enrich; processed asynchronously by the waterfall. | Person (People) Contacts associated to companies through the Company Person junction; synced two-way with CRM contacts and warehouse person records. | Enrichment requests is specific to Full Enrich and Person (People) to Gainsight — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Contacts The person inputs (name plus company or domain) sent for enrichment. | Relationship Sub-units within a company for multi-product or multi-team accounts; synced so each maps to the right contract in billing or an ERP. | Contacts is specific to Full Enrich and Relationship to Gainsight — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Enrichment results Completed records fetched by request ID or delivered via webhook. | CTA (Call to Action) Risk and expansion alerts that drive CSM plays; often synced to ticketing or project tools so follow-up work is tracked where teams operate. | Enrichment results is specific to Full Enrich and CTA (Call to Action) to Gainsight — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionFull Enrich notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhook callbacks when enrichment batches complete, with polling of result endpoints as a fallback.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Gainsight through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionStacksync polls Gainsight for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling on the ModifiedDate (GS Modified Date) system field, which is filterable and sortable on every object.

Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Full Enrich and Gainsight.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Full Enrich and Gainsight with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Full Enrich and Gainsight objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Full Enrich and Gainsight: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Full Enrich's Emails and Phone numbers), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Full Enrich: Enrichment is asynchronous: batches are submitted, run through a waterfall of upstream data providers, and results arrive by webhook or a later fetch, so syncs must handle pending states. Gainsight: Person records associate to Company via the Company Person object and to Relationship via Relationship Person; those junctions must be maintained for contacts to resolve correctly. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Full Enrich and Gainsight without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Full Enrich and Gainsight records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Full Enrich and Gainsight connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Full Enrich–Gainsight integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Full Enrich and Gainsight. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Full Enrich: Webhook callbacks when enrichment batches complete, with polling of result endpoints as a fallback. On Gainsight: Polling on the ModifiedDate (GS Modified Date) system field, which is filterable and sortable on every object; Rules Engine Real-Time Rules can optionally push specific object events (e.g., a Company stage change) to an external endpoint. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
