Authentication: OAuth 2.0 client-credentials flow: a client ID and secret are Basic-auth exchanged for a 60-minute bearer token at api-platform.cvent.com/ea/oauth2/token; legacy API-key and SOAP/CSN auth are deprecated. MongoDB: MongoDB wire protocol via official drivers; Atlas additionally offers an administration REST API for cluster management. Authentication: Database credentials (username/password) or TLS/SSL X.509 certificate (.pem upload), entered individually or via a MongoDB connection string (SRV or standard); Stacksync IP allowlisting required. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
MongoDB: Only ObjectId primary keys are supported for collections. Cvent: OAuth bearer tokens expire after 60 minutes and must be refreshed via the client-credentials token endpoint before each batch of calls. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Cvent and MongoDB without custom code.
