Real-time sync
Changes in Clearbit or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Clearbit and Xactly in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Clearbit is a read-only source: Stacksync reads its data in real time and delivers it into Xactly, so Xactly always reflects the current state of Clearbit — without exports, scripts, or schedulers.
Two CRMs in one company is more common than anyone plans for: an acquisition brings its own system, regions or business units standardize differently, or a migration is under way and both are live. In every case, some of the same companies and people exist in both systems, and every day of manual double entry pushes the copies further apart.
Where each CRM serves a different team or region, sync just the shared accounts and contacts so handoffs and cross-sell work.
Deal stage and value on shared accounts stay visible from either CRM.
Keep both CRMs accurate while the merged team decides on a target system, instead of freezing one and losing months of updates.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Clearbit objects | Xactly objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reveal matches IP-to-company resolutions used to identify anonymous website traffic. | Products & Customers Product and customer/account master used in crediting rules and reporting; loaded and updated from CRM/ERP through Connect (write) and read for lookups, so read and write. | Reveal matches is specific to Clearbit and Products & Customers to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Name-to-domain lookups Company name resolution used to normalize account records before enrichment. | Orders Sales order and transaction records loaded into Incent as the raw input for crediting and calculation; created and updated through Connect load and ETL steps (write) and read back for reconciliation, so read and write. | Name-to-domain lookups is specific to Clearbit and Orders to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Enrichment attributes The firmographic and technographic fields appended to destination records. | Credits Crediting records that tie an order to a participant and position; system-calculated credits are read, while manual and adjustment credits are loaded through Connect, so read and write. | Enrichment attributes is specific to Clearbit and Credits to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Companies Firmographic profiles looked up by domain and merged into account records. | Transactions (Commission & Bonus) Calculated commission and bonus line items produced by Incent's calculation engine; read as the output of comp runs for reporting and downstream payout, so effectively read-only results. | Companies is specific to Clearbit and Transactions (Commission & Bonus) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Persons Individual profiles looked up by email and used to enrich contacts and leads. | Participants (Payees) Sales reps and payees keyed to positions; loaded and updated from HRIS/HCM source data through Connect (write) and read for roster reporting, so read and write. | Persons is specific to Clearbit and Participants (Payees) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionClearbit notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. On-demand lookups.
DeliveryEach detected change is applied to Xactly as a row-level write, with types converted between the two schemas.
DetectionStacksync polls Xactly for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. No CDC log for external tools to consume.
DeliveryClearbit does not accept inbound record writes, so this direction carries requests rather than records: Clearbit's output flows back as field updates on the originating Xactly records.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Clearbit–Xactly connection.
Changes in Clearbit or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Clearbit or Xactly data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Clearbit or Xactly record.
Track your Clearbit ⇄ Xactly sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Clearbit and Xactly.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Clearbit and Xactly with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Clearbit and Xactly objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time integration between Clearbit and Xactly — Clearbit is a read-only source, so data flows from it into the other system: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync, map fields visually, and changes propagate in milliseconds — no code required.
Clearbit: Lookups can resolve asynchronously: the API may accept a request and deliver the completed record later via webhook, which sync logic must accommodate. Xactly: Xactly Connect is genuinely two-way: Orders, Credits, Participants, Positions, Quotas, and reference master are loaded into Incent through Connect load/ETL steps, while calculated Transactions and Payment Summary are extracted out, so Xactly is both a target and a source. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Clearbit and Xactly without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Clearbit and Xactly records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Clearbit and Xactly connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Clearbit–Xactly integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Clearbit and Xactly. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Clearbit: On-demand lookups; asynchronous enrichment results can be delivered via webhook callbacks. On Xactly: No CDC log for external tools to consume. Incremental sync uses SQL predicates on modified/last-updated timestamp columns (for example WHERE modified_date > watermark) against Connect's queryable objects, or scheduled Connect ETL Pipelines that pull deltas since the last run. Xactly Connect has no outbound HTTP webhooks, so change detection is pull/ETL-based. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
