Real-time sync
Changes in Clearbit or Salesforce instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Clearbit and Salesforce in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Clearbit is a read-only source: Stacksync reads its data in real time and delivers it into Salesforce, so Salesforce always reflects the current state of Clearbit — without exports, scripts, or schedulers.
Two CRMs in one company is more common than anyone plans for: an acquisition brings its own system, regions or business units standardize differently, or a migration is under way and both are live. In every case, some of the same companies and people exist in both systems, and every day of manual double entry pushes the copies further apart.
When one CRM is replacing the other, run both fully live until cutover, with no snapshot gap and no data freeze.
Where each CRM serves a different team or region, sync just the shared accounts and contacts so handoffs and cross-sell work.
Deal stage and value on shared accounts stay visible from either CRM.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Clearbit objects | Salesforce objects | |
|---|---|---|
| Enrichment attributes The firmographic and technographic fields appended to destination records. | Opportunities Deal records with stage and amount; synced to databases for pipeline reporting and to ERPs at close. | |
| Companies Firmographic profiles looked up by domain and merged into account records. | Cases Support records; synced with help desk tools or internal databases for escalation workflows. | |
| Persons Individual profiles looked up by email and used to enrich contacts and leads. | Campaigns Marketing membership data; read out for attribution analysis in the warehouse. | |
| Reveal matches IP-to-company resolutions used to identify anonymous website traffic. | Tasks and Events Activity records; usually read-only in syncs to feed activity reporting. | |
| Name-to-domain lookups Company name resolution used to normalize account records before enrichment. | Products and Price Books Catalog and pricing data; commonly mastered in an ERP and written into Salesforce. |

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Clearbit and Salesforce with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Clearbit and Salesforce objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time integration between Clearbit and Salesforce — Clearbit is a read-only source, so data flows from it into the other system: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync, map fields visually, and changes propagate in milliseconds — no code required.
Clearbit: Lookups can resolve asynchronously: the API may accept a request and deliver the completed record later via webhook, which sync logic must accommodate. Salesforce: Non-writable objects, non-triggerable objects (trigger mode), and tables without a last_modified_data column (polling mode) cannot be synced yet. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Clearbit and Salesforce without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Clearbit and Salesforce records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Clearbit and Salesforce connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Clearbit–Salesforce integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Clearbit and Salesforce. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Clearbit: On-demand lookups; asynchronous enrichment results can be delivered via webhook callbacks. On Salesforce: Apex triggers are used whenever possible (Salesforce actively notifies Stacksync via an Apex trigger + callout class + remote site setting). Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
