Two-way sync
Changes in Clari or ServiceNow instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Clari and ServiceNow in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
The CRM is supposed to be the record of every customer relationship, but customer-relevant information also accumulates in the other tools a team runs. Whatever ServiceNow holds or produces that touches a customer, whether conversations, payments, replies, enriched data, or notes, the CRM only benefits if it arrives without someone copying it over.
Stacksync connects Service Catalog Requests, Configuration Items (CMDB), Users and Groups, Tasks in ServiceNow to Audit Events, Forecast, Quota, Opportunities in Clari with bi-directional, real-time sync. Activity and record changes in ServiceNow update the matching contact or account in Clari, and CRM data flows the other way wherever ServiceNow can store and use it.
Enriched fields land directly on records in Clari, and refreshes keep them from going stale.
Owner, lifecycle stage, or account details from Clari sync into ServiceNow, so people working there have the context without switching tools.
Tickets and conversations attach to the right contact and account in Clari, so sales sees open issues before the next call.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Clari objects | ServiceNow objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Opportunity field extensions Warehouse-computed fields pushed onto Opportunity records via the ingest API; up to 100 records per request or 10MB bulk files. | Users and Groups Sys_user and group tables synced with HR systems and identity providers. | Opportunity field extensions is specific to Clari and Users and Groups to ServiceNow — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Audit Events User edits and system events exported with filtering by actor, session, and date range; read-only feed for change tracking and compliance. | Tasks The base task table that incidents, changes, and requests extend. | Audit Events is specific to Clari and Tasks to ServiceNow — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Forecast Exported per forecast tab and fiscal period via async jobs; includes submitted forecast calls, updates, manager adjustments, and CRM totals. Read-only. | Knowledge Articles Support content that can be mirrored to help centers or search indexes. | Forecast is specific to Clari and Knowledge Articles to ServiceNow — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Quota Quota and quota-history values exported alongside forecast data, scoped by fiscal quarter; read-only, useful for warehouse attainment reporting. | Custom Tables Scoped or u_-prefixed tables are addressable through the same Table API as standard ones. | Quota is specific to Clari and Custom Tables to ServiceNow — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Opportunities Retrieved synchronously by ID from GET /opportunity (up to 100 IDs per call) with Clari CRM scoring and field-change history; read-only, mirroring the CRM opportunity Clari sits on. | Incidents The core ITSM ticket; commonly synced with engineering trackers and CRMs. | Opportunities is specific to Clari and Incidents to ServiceNow — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Activity (Capture) Meetings, emails, and attachments captured by Clari and mapped to accounts and opportunities; exported read-only via async activity jobs. | Change Requests Track planned changes; synced to deployment and release tooling. | Activity (Capture) is specific to Clari and Change Requests to ServiceNow — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Clari for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling — reads run as asynchronous export jobs (submit export, poll job status, download results).
DeliveryEach detected change is written to ServiceNow through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Authenticate Clari and ServiceNow with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Clari and ServiceNow objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Clari and ServiceNow: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Clari's Opportunity field extensions and Audit Events), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Clari: REST APIs on api.clari.com - Export API (v4, asynchronous bulk jobs for forecast, quota, activity, and audit) and Ingest API (v2, field extensions); Opportunity reads are synchronous via GET /opportunity. Authentication: API token in the apikey header, generated per user in Settings; ingest/partner endpoints also require a partnerkey header, and Copilot endpoints require X-Api-Key and X-Api-Password. ServiceNow: REST API (Table, Import Set, and Aggregate APIs); SOAP remains for legacy integrations. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 or basic authentication against the instance. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
ServiceNow: Reference fields return sys_ids by default; the sysparm_display_value parameter switches to human-readable values, which affects field mapping. Clari: Clari is a forecasting/RevOps layer on top of the CRM (usually Salesforce), which stays the opportunity system of record; Clari's own opportunity endpoint is read-only. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Clari and ServiceNow without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Clari and ServiceNow records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Clari and ServiceNow connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Clari–ServiceNow integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Clari and ServiceNow. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
