Two-way sync
Changes in Bill or Hyperline instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Bill and Hyperline in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Two finance systems in one company usually means one of two setups. Either the systems divide the work, with one issuing invoices or serving a business unit while the other holds the books, or one is on its way out and both must stay accurate during the transition. In both cases, the customer, invoice, and payment records the two systems share start to drift the moment updates are keyed twice or moved by hand.
Stacksync syncs Chart of Accounts, Bank Accounts, Vendor Credits and Credit Memos, Bills in Bill with Payments, Billable events, Credit notes, Customers in Hyperline bi-directionally and in real time. A record created or corrected in either system appears in the other within seconds, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution in place of CSV exports and nightly batch jobs.
That matters most at close. When both systems agree on who was billed, what was paid, and what is outstanding, reconciliation stops being a hunt for which copy of the truth is current.
When one system is replacing the other, keep both live and matching through the cutover, so no transaction falls between the last export and go-live.
A customer's name, billing details, or payment terms corrected in either system update the other immediately, so the next invoice always uses current information.
A payment applied in one system updates the matching invoice in the other, so no one chases a balance that was already settled.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Bill objects | Hyperline objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Invoices Accounts-receivable invoices sent to customers; created and read via /v3/invoices to keep billing status aligned with the ERP or CRM. | Invoices Issued billing documents synced into accounting and reporting systems. | Same entity on both sides — records pair one-to-one and field-level changes reconcile in both directions. Custom fields on either side are included in the mapping. | |
| Customers AR customer master records; mapped to customer/account records in a CRM or ERP so finance and sales share one view. | Customers Billing accounts that syncs match against CRM and product records. | Same entity on both sides — records pair one-to-one and field-level changes reconcile in both directions. Custom fields on either side are included in the mapping. | |
| Payments Outgoing vendor payments and received customer payments; read for reconciliation and created to schedule bill pay. | Payments Settlement records used to reconcile revenue against invoices. | Same entity on both sides — records pair one-to-one and field-level changes reconcile in both directions. Custom fields on either side are included in the mapping. | |
| Bank Accounts Funding and deposit accounts; read to reconcile payments and posted transactions against the ledger. | Subscriptions Active plans and their lifecycle state, synced to show billing status elsewhere. | Bank Accounts is specific to Bill and Subscriptions to Hyperline — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Vendor Credits and Credit Memos AP and AR adjustments applied against bills and invoices; synced so balances stay accurate on both sides. | Products / prices The catalog of products and price configurations referenced by subscriptions. | Vendor Credits and Credit Memos is specific to Bill and Products / prices to Hyperline — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Bills Accounts-payable amounts owed to vendors, with bill line items; read and created via /v3/bills and pulled incrementally by filtering on createdTime/updatedTime. | Billable events Metered consumption events ingested to drive usage-based charges. | Bills is specific to Bill and Billable events to Hyperline — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionBill notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhook event subscriptions (POST /v3/subscriptions) for bills, vendors, payments, invoices, and bank accounts, with polling on.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Hyperline through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionHyperline notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhooks for billing events, with polling as a fallback.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Bill and Hyperline with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Bill and Hyperline objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Bill and Hyperline: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Bill's Invoices and Customers), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Bill: List endpoints support filtering and sorting on createdTime and updatedTime with ISO 8601 date-time ranges, which sync engines use to pull only incremental changes. Hyperline: Hyperline is built for SaaS billing and models both recurring subscriptions and usage-based (metered) pricing in its core objects. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Bill and Hyperline without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Bill and Hyperline records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Bill and Hyperline connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Bill–Hyperline integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Bill and Hyperline. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Bill: Webhook event subscriptions (POST /v3/subscriptions) for bills, vendors, payments, invoices, and bank accounts, with polling on createdTime/updatedTime list filters as the fallback. On Hyperline: Webhooks for billing events, with polling as a fallback. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
