Why teams connect Agiloft and Lusha

Flow Lusha data into Agiloft in real time — no exports, no schedulers, no custom scripts.

Lusha is a read-only source: Stacksync reads its data in real time and delivers it into Agiloft, so Agiloft always reflects the current state of Lusha — without exports, scripts, or schedulers.

Two tools in the daily stack often hold overlapping information: the same people, the same companies, or the same pieces of work, described twice. The tools do different jobs, so consolidating is not the answer; the overlap just needs to stop drifting.

Stacksync syncs Tasks, Clause Library, Custom tables, Contracts in Agiloft with Email Addresses, Phone Numbers, Prospecting Results, Bulk Enrichment Requests in Lusha in real time. You choose which records overlap, map the fields that should match, and pick a direction or let changes flow both ways. From then on, an update made in either tool is reflected in the other within seconds, without exports or copy-paste.

Because the sync is field-level, each tool keeps its own extras; only the shared data is held in agreement.

Common use cases

  • 01 Stream Approvals and Tasks into an operational database for cycle-time, bottleneck, and SLA reporting across the contract lifecycle.
  • 02 Write contract or company records into Agiloft when a deal closes in the CRM to kick off downstream legal and procurement workflows.
  • 03 Re-verify stale contact data on a schedule and flag records that no longer resolve.
  • 04 Enrich new CRM leads with work emails and direct dials the moment they are created.

Common sync patterns

Handoffs between teams

When work started in one tool continues in the other, the shared fields travel with it automatically.

Where both tools track people or companies: one consistent record

Contact and company details corrected in either tool update the other, so nobody works from the old version.

Where one tool produces events: mirror them in the other

Payments, replies, messages, or tickets created in one tool can create or update matching records in the other, keeping context in one place.

What you can sync between Agiloft and Lusha

Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.

Agiloft objects Lusha objects How this pairing syncs
Custom tables Agiloft is a no-code platform, so any customer-built table (NDAs, SOWs, vendor risk, renewals) exposes the same REST and SOAP CRUD and syncs like the standard CLM tables. Company Profiles Firmographic records (industry, size, location) appended to account or company rows. Custom tables is specific to Agiloft and Company Profiles to Lusha — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side.
Contracts The core table holding contract records with value, key dates, status, type, and linked parties; created and updated two-way so contract data moves between Agiloft and a database, ERP, or CRM. Email Addresses Work emails written into CRM contact fields during enrichment. Contracts is specific to Agiloft and Email Addresses to Lusha — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side.
Companies Records for every organization - counterparties, vendors, customers - linked to contracts and people; read and written to keep account master data aligned with a CRM or ERP. Phone Numbers Direct-dial and mobile numbers appended for outbound calling workflows. Companies is specific to Agiloft and Phone Numbers to Lusha — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side.
People Parent table for individuals, split into Employees (internal users) and Contacts (external company contacts); synced to map signers, approvers, and account owners to CRM or HR records. Prospecting Results Search-based lists of people and companies matching filters, used to seed lead lists. People is specific to Agiloft and Prospecting Results to Lusha — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side.
Attachments File records holding the executed contract PDFs and supporting documents linked to a contract; read to pull signed files out, or written to push generated documents in. Bulk Enrichment Requests Batch lookups that enrich multiple records per request, used to backfill large contact lists rather than one-off calls. Attachments is specific to Agiloft and Bulk Enrichment Requests to Lusha — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side.
Approvals Per-record approval instances generated from Approval Templates and Workflows; read to report approval status and cycle time, or written to trigger and record decisions. Person Profiles Contact-level enrichment results (work emails, phone numbers, title, company) returned per lookup. Approvals is specific to Agiloft and Person Profiles to Lusha — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side.

How changes propagate between Agiloft and Lusha

Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.

Agiloft Lusha Sub-second propagation

DetectionAgiloft notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Native webhook subscriptions (POST /ewws/webhooks) fire on record create, edit, or delete after a GET handshake verifies the callback URL.

DeliveryLusha does not accept inbound record writes, so this direction carries requests rather than records: Lusha's output flows back as field updates on the originating Agiloft records.

Lusha Agiloft Interval-based propagation

DetectionStacksync polls Lusha for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Data is fetched on demand per lookup, so syncs poll or trigger enrichment when source records change.

DeliveryEach detected change is written to Agiloft through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Rate-limit considerations

  • Agiloft: Agiloft publishes no fixed per-minute REST quota; throughput is instance-specific and bounded by license seats (Assigned/Floating Power User) and concurrent API sessions. Each SOAP/EWS call runs in its own transaction, and REST logins issue a session token meant to be reused rather than re-authenticated per call.
  • Lusha: Lookups consume credits and are subject to the platform's API rate limits.
