Two-way sync
Changes in Pipedrive or Ukg Ready instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Pipedrive and Ukg Ready in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Pipedrive runs on people as much as on accounts: every contact, deal, and account has an owner, and those owners are employees whose roles, teams, and status are held in Ukg Ready. Ukg Ready is the system of record for the workforce, from new hires to promotions to departures, and often for the candidates the business is still deciding on. When the two systems are connected only by re-keying or an overnight export, they drift apart, and the CRM ends up assigning accounts to people who have left, holding territories that no longer match the org chart, and waiting days to give a new rep access.
Stacksync syncs Pipelines, Deals, Persons, Organizations in Pipedrive with Employment / Positions, Compensation, Timesheet Entries, Accruals / Time Off in Ukg Ready field by field, in real time, and in both directions. You decide which system owns which fields, so Ukg Ready stays authoritative on roles and org structure while Pipedrive keeps ownership and territory current, and Stacksync resolves conflicts by the rules you set.
A person's name, title, email, phone, or manager corrected in either system updates the other, so both stop maintaining separate copies of the same individual.
A person recorded in Ukg Ready, such as a candidate or applicant, can create or update the matching contact in Pipedrive, so relationship history and outreach are not rebuilt from scratch when the same individual appears in both.
When Ukg Ready records a new hire, a matching user or owner is created in Pipedrive, so a new rep can start working accounts without waiting on a manual setup ticket.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Pipedrive objects | Ukg Ready objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Persons Contact records; synced with marketing tools and enriched from external data. | Timesheet Entries Time-and-attendance punches, hours worked, and breaks; written from external time systems and read into warehouses for labor-cost reporting. | Persons is specific to Pipedrive and Timesheet Entries to Ukg Ready — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Organizations Company records linked to persons and deals; matched to billing customers. | Accruals / Time Off PTO balances, requests, and approver status; read for liability reporting and requests can be created against employee records. | Organizations is specific to Pipedrive and Accruals / Time Off to Ukg Ready — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Activities Calls, meetings, and tasks; read out for rep activity reporting. | Payroll (Earnings / Deductions / Employee Payroll Runs) Earnings and deductions can be imported into pay runs; Employee Payroll Runs (gross, net, taxes) read back for GL posting and analytics. | Activities is specific to Pipedrive and Payroll (Earnings / Deductions / Employee Payroll Runs) to Ukg Ready — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| MailThreads Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Benefits Plan enrollments, coverage tiers, contributions, and effective dates; typically read into benefits or finance systems. | MailThreads is specific to Pipedrive and Benefits to Ukg Ready — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| MailMessages Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Cost Centers / Groups Departments, locations, and hierarchy used as org structure; read to align headcount and budget models across systems. | MailMessages is specific to Pipedrive and Cost Centers / Groups to Ukg Ready — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| CallLogs Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Reports (Report-as-a-Service) Scheduled IBM Cognos extracts used for bulk historical pulls that the per-employee REST endpoints are not built for. | CallLogs is specific to Pipedrive and Reports (Report-as-a-Service) to Ukg Ready — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionPipedrive notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhooks on per-object create, update, and delete events, with polling on update timestamps.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Ukg Ready through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionUkg Ready notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. UKG Webhooks for select events (employee.created, employee.updated, account/org changes) with HMAC signing.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Pipedrive through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Pipedrive–Ukg Ready connection.

Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Pipedrive and Ukg Ready.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Pipedrive and Ukg Ready with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Pipedrive and Ukg Ready objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Pipedrive and Ukg Ready: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Pipedrive's Persons and Organizations), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Pipedrive: REST API. Authentication: No-code guided connection: create a connection, select Pipedrive, then click "Allow and Install" (OAuth-style app install; docs do not name the protocol). Ukg Ready: UKG Ready REST API (v1/v2) plus the Import Tool (XML transactions) and Report-as-a-Service (IBM Cognos); a legacy SOAP API also exists. Authentication: A 7-digit company short name, a Web API key (Company Setup > Login Config), and a dedicated API service-account user (username/password) are exchanged for a session Bearer token sent on every request; Onboarding/Recruiting endpoints use a separate authorization token. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Pipedrive: Many common objects (Leads, Notes, Products, Pipelines, Users, Files, Tasks, etc.) are '✍️ On Request' rather than supported by default. Ukg Ready: UKG Webhooks retain events only 14 days on a tiered quota (free tier around 10,000 notifications/month); UKG recommends a nightly report or polling backup so no change is missed. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Pipedrive and Ukg Ready without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Pipedrive and Ukg Ready records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Pipedrive and Ukg Ready connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Pipedrive–Ukg Ready integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Pipedrive and Ukg Ready. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
