Gladly: REST API. Authentication: API tokens used with basic authentication tied to an agent email. Ironclad: REST/JSON Public API (CLM API) at https://na1.ironcladapp.com/public/api/v1 (NA1 and EU1 regions plus a demo/sandbox), with a native Webhooks subscription API; described by an OpenAPI 3.1 spec. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 - Authorization Code grant (PKCE for public clients) and Client Credentials grant for server-to-server; access tokens are Bearer, expire after 6 hours, and every endpoint is gated by a resource scope. The legacy static API bearer token was deprecated on 2024-11-22. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Ironclad: OAuth 2.0 (Authorization Code with PKCE or Client Credentials) is the only supported auth; the legacy static API bearer token was deprecated on 2024-11-22 and access tokens expire after 6 hours. Gladly: Gladly's model is customer-centric rather than ticket-centric: each customer has one continuous conversation timeline, and channel interactions attach as conversation items. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Gladly and Ironclad without custom code.
