Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Front: Object coverage is limited to 4 objects (Accounts, Contacts, Contact Groups, Events). Zendesk: Organizations, Attachments, and Ticket Forms are not enabled by default (On Request only). Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Front and Zendesk without custom code.
