Real-time sync
Changes in Demandbase or SuiteAnalytics instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Demandbase and SuiteAnalytics in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
SuiteAnalytics is a read-only source: Stacksync reads its data in real time and delivers it into Demandbase, so Demandbase always reflects the current state of SuiteAnalytics — without exports, scripts, or schedulers.
Marketing runs on lists of people, but the list rarely knows which of those people are paying customers, what they ordered, or what they are worth. SuiteAnalytics holds exactly that: Nexus, Tax Type, Sales Tax Item, Billing Schedule Customer Subsidiary Relationship that record who the customer is, what they bought, and what they owe. When the two are joined only by a periodic export, campaigns go out against stale audiences, existing customers get prospecting emails, high-value accounts look the same as cold leads, and a canceled order still counts toward a segment.
The strongest bridge between the two is identity and purchase history, who the customer is and what they have bought, so that is where most of the value sits. Because the sync is field-level, each system keeps the attributes the other has no use for; only the shared records are held in agreement.
Email, address, or subscription-status changes stay aligned across both systems, so a customer who updates their details or opts out is respected everywhere.
Orders, invoices, and revenue totals from SuiteAnalytics land on the matching contact or account in Demandbase, so audiences are built from what customers actually bought and spent rather than from guesses.
Because SuiteAnalytics knows who is already a paying customer, Demandbase can exclude them from acquisition campaigns or single them out for renewal and cross-sell.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Demandbase objects | SuiteAnalytics objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Accounts Company/account records with firmographics, intent, and Demandbase qualification and engagement scores; exported via the Data Export API and imported or updated via the Data Import API. | Account Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Same entity on both sides — records pair one-to-one and field-level changes reconcile in the writable direction. | |
| Account & Person Lists (Audiences) Named account and person segments exported via Data Export; custom audiences pushed into Demandbase through the Data Import API. Read and write. | All custom objects Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Account & Person Lists (Audiences) is specific to Demandbase and All custom objects to SuiteAnalytics — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Company Details (B2B enrichment) Firmographics, technographics, competitors, and corporate family tree fetched by domain or name via the B2B Company Search and Details endpoints; read-only enrichment. | Nexus Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Company Details (B2B enrichment) is specific to Demandbase and Nexus to SuiteAnalytics — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Change Subscriptions Company firmographic, company news, family-tree (ownership), and DB person employment subscriptions delivered as webhook alerts with a signing secret; the real-time change feed. | Tax Type Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Change Subscriptions is specific to Demandbase and Tax Type to SuiteAnalytics — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Opportunities Opportunity records synced from the CRM into Demandbase; exported with calculated insights and imported or updated through the Data Import API. Read and write. | Sales Tax Item Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Opportunities is specific to Demandbase and Sales Tax Item to SuiteAnalytics — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| People (Persons) Contact/person records with verified business email, title, seniority, and quality grades; fetched and matched via the B2B Contact endpoints and exported or imported. | Billing Schedule Customer Subsidiary Relationship Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | People (Persons) is specific to Demandbase and Billing Schedule Customer Subsidiary Relationship to SuiteAnalytics — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionDemandbase notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Subscription API webhooks - company firmographic, company news, family-tree (ownership), and person employment-change alerts to a configurable URL.
DeliverySuiteAnalytics does not accept inbound record writes, so this direction carries requests rather than records: SuiteAnalytics's output flows back as field updates on the originating Demandbase records.
DetectionStacksync polls SuiteAnalytics for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Demandbase through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Demandbase and SuiteAnalytics with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Demandbase and SuiteAnalytics objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time integration between Demandbase and SuiteAnalytics — SuiteAnalytics is a read-only source, so data flows from it into the other system: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync, map fields visually, and changes propagate in milliseconds — no code required.
On the SuiteAnalytics side: Nexus, Tax Type, Sales Tax Item, Billing Schedule Customer Subsidiary Relationship, plus custom fields where SuiteAnalytics exposes them. On the Demandbase side: People (Persons), Activities, Campaigns, Account & Person Lists (Audiences). Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
SuiteAnalytics is a read-only source, so this integration runs one-way: Stacksync reads from SuiteAnalytics in real time and delivers into Demandbase. Field mapping and monitoring work the same as for two-way pairs.
Common patterns for Demandbase and SuiteAnalytics: Consent and contact changes travel; Purchase history drives segmentation; Suppress or target existing customers. Email, address, or subscription-status changes stay aligned across both systems, so a customer who updates their details or opts out is respected everywhere.
Demandbase: REST APIs (Demandbase One) - a B2B API (company/contact search, details, and match with async bulk enrichment jobs), a read-only Data Export API and a write-capable Data Import API (both async bulk jobs), and a Subscription API for webhook change alerts. Authentication: JWT bearer tokens minted from Demandbase One API Key Sets at the platform level; each credential set expires after 8 hours and is rotated. Legacy single-user API tokens are deprecated. SuiteAnalytics: SQL over ODBC, JDBC, and ADO.NET (SuiteAnalytics Connect). Authentication: NetSuite Token-Based Authentication: create an integration record (Consumer ID + Consumer Secret), an access token (Token ID + Token Secret), a role with SuiteAnalytics Connect and SuiteAnalytics Connect - Read All. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
SuiteAnalytics: It exposes two query schemas: the legacy NetSuite.com schema and the newer NetSuite2.com analytics data source. Demandbase: Change detection is webhook-based via the Subscription API (company firmographic, company news, family-tree, and DB person employment subscriptions) with configurable URLs and signing secrets, not log-based CDC. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Demandbase and SuiteAnalytics without custom code.
