Real-time sync
Changes in Cvent or SuiteAnalytics instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Cvent and SuiteAnalytics in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
SuiteAnalytics is a read-only source: Stacksync reads its data in real time and delivers it into Cvent, so Cvent always reflects the current state of SuiteAnalytics — without exports, scripts, or schedulers.
Marketing runs on lists of people, but the list rarely knows which of those people are paying customers, what they ordered, or what they are worth. SuiteAnalytics holds exactly that: Account, Accounting Period, Bin Transfer, Currency Rate that record who the customer is, what they bought, and what they owe. When the two are joined only by a periodic export, campaigns go out against stale audiences, existing customers get prospecting emails, high-value accounts look the same as cold leads, and a canceled order still counts toward a segment.
The strongest bridge between the two is identity and purchase history, who the customer is and what they have bought, so that is where most of the value sits. Because the sync is field-level, each system keeps the attributes the other has no use for; only the shared records are held in agreement.
Because SuiteAnalytics knows who is already a paying customer, Cvent can exclude them from acquisition campaigns or single them out for renewal and cross-sell.
A person or company's contact details corrected in either system update the other, so marketing and the back office stop maintaining separate versions of the same record.
A first order, a renewal, or a lapsed account recorded in SuiteAnalytics appears in Cvent within seconds, ready to start or stop a lifecycle campaign.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Cvent objects | SuiteAnalytics objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Surveys Survey definitions and responses; read out to a warehouse for post-event feedback analysis alongside attendance data. | Sales Tax Item Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Surveys is specific to Cvent and Sales Tax Item to SuiteAnalytics — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Budgets Event budget line items; read into a finance database or ERP to reconcile planned versus actual event spend. | Billing Schedule Customer Subsidiary Relationship Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Budgets is specific to Cvent and Billing Schedule Customer Subsidiary Relationship to SuiteAnalytics — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Events Top-level event containers created and updated through the Events endpoints; read out for reporting and written to provision events from an external system. | Account Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Events is specific to Cvent and Account to SuiteAnalytics — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Contacts Account-wide people database spanning every event; synced two-way with a CRM or warehouse as the shared audience source of truth via the Create Contacts endpoint. | Accounting Period Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Contacts is specific to Cvent and Accounting Period to SuiteAnalytics — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Attendees and Registrations Per-event registrants; written in from CRM or marketing signup flows via POST /ea/attendees and read back out to a warehouse for attendance and registration-status reporting. | Bin Transfer Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Attendees and Registrations is specific to Cvent and Bin Transfer to SuiteAnalytics — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Sessions Agenda items within an event; listed or created through the API and synced so session-level attendance feeds reporting tables. | Currency Rate Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Sessions is specific to Cvent and Currency Rate to SuiteAnalytics — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionCvent notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Per-event webhooks push attendee, registration, session, and speaker changes.
DeliverySuiteAnalytics does not accept inbound record writes, so this direction carries requests rather than records: SuiteAnalytics's output flows back as field updates on the originating Cvent records.
DetectionStacksync polls SuiteAnalytics for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Cvent through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Cvent and SuiteAnalytics with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Cvent and SuiteAnalytics objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time integration between Cvent and SuiteAnalytics — SuiteAnalytics is a read-only source, so data flows from it into the other system: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync, map fields visually, and changes propagate in milliseconds — no code required.
SuiteAnalytics is a read-only source, so this integration runs one-way: Stacksync reads from SuiteAnalytics in real time and delivers into Cvent. Field mapping and monitoring work the same as for two-way pairs.
Common patterns for Cvent and SuiteAnalytics: Suppress or target existing customers; One customer identity across both systems; Lifecycle triggers from back-office events. Because SuiteAnalytics knows who is already a paying customer, Cvent can exclude them from acquisition campaigns or single them out for renewal and cross-sell.
Cvent: Cvent REST API (JSON over HTTPS at api-platform.cvent.com/ea, paginated list endpoints). Authentication: OAuth 2.0 client-credentials flow: a client ID and secret are Basic-auth exchanged for a 60-minute bearer token at api-platform.cvent.com/ea/oauth2/token; legacy API-key and SOAP/CSN auth are deprecated. SuiteAnalytics: SQL over ODBC, JDBC, and ADO.NET (SuiteAnalytics Connect). Authentication: NetSuite Token-Based Authentication: create an integration record (Consumer ID + Consumer Secret), an access token (Token ID + Token Secret), a role with SuiteAnalytics Connect and SuiteAnalytics Connect - Read All. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
SuiteAnalytics: It exposes two query schemas: the legacy NetSuite.com schema and the newer NetSuite2.com analytics data source. Cvent: Webhooks are configured per event through the Integrations menu (over account-level defaults), so each new event needs its subscriptions enabled before attendee, session, and speaker changes start flowing. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Cvent and SuiteAnalytics without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Cvent and SuiteAnalytics records are not retained after a sync operation.
