Two-way sync
Changes in Coupa or Easypost instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Coupa and Easypost in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Easypost runs the storefront — the catalog, the orders, and the buyers placing them. Coupa records the money behind those orders — invoices, revenue, payments, and the ledger the business closes on. The overlap is every customer, order, and product both sides need to agree on, and when that overlap is bridged by CSV export or an overnight batch, finance reconciles against stale numbers while the store quotes prices or stock the books no longer recognize.
Stacksync syncs Invoices, Suppliers, Users, Accounts in Coupa with Shipment, Address, Parcel, Rate in Easypost field by field, in real time, and in both directions. You decide which system owns which fields — an order's totals from Easypost, its paid-or-overdue state from Coupa — and Stacksync keeps every copy consistent and resolves conflicts by the rules you set.
The result is one shared record of who bought what and whether it has been paid, so the storefront, support, and the finance team all read from the same current data instead of re-keying it between systems.
Paid, overdue, and refunded state from Coupa lands on the order or account in Easypost, so the store and support see what has actually been collected.
Where both systems keep customer or buyer records, an edit in either propagates to the other, ending duplicate accounts and mismatched contact details.
Products, SKUs, and prices maintained on one side propagate to the other, so what the store sells and what the ledger books stay in step.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Coupa objects | Easypost objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Invoices Supplier/AP invoices with lines and approval status; polled out to accounting and ERP systems for the pay cycle, or created through the API. | Address Origin and destination locations; create, retrieve, and list, plus address verification (delivery and residential) to normalize and validate addresses before they are saved downstream. | Invoices is specific to Coupa and Address to Easypost — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Suppliers Supplier master records; kept aligned with an ERP vendor master and onboarding tools, synced two-way on the /suppliers resource. | Parcel Package dimensions and weight (or a predefined_package); created standalone or inline on a Shipment and reused across shipments and batches. | Suppliers is specific to Coupa and Parcel to Easypost — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Users Employee and user accounts with roles and content groups; provisioned and updated from an HRIS or identity provider. | Rate Carrier service and price options EasyPost generates on a Shipment; read-only - you select a rate id and buy it, you do not create or edit rates directly. | Users is specific to Coupa and Rate to Easypost — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Accounts Chart-of-accounts segments and GL codes; usually mastered in the ERP and written into Coupa so requisitions and invoices code correctly. | Tracker Tracking for a shipment by tracking_code and carrier; create a Tracker to begin tracking, read status and tracking_details, and receive tracker.updated events via webhook as the parcel moves. | Accounts is specific to Coupa and Tracker to Easypost — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Contracts Supplier contract records with terms and dates; read out for reporting or created from a CLM system. | Batch Bulk shipment processing; create a batch, add or remove shipments, buy all labels at once, and generate a consolidated label or ScanForm for the day's orders. | Contracts is specific to Coupa and Batch to Easypost — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Expense Reports Employee expense reports and their lines; exported to AP or ERP for reimbursement and GL posting. | CarrierAccount Carrier credentials and settings that control which carriers and negotiated rates are available; create, update, and delete to manage enabled carriers across accounts. | Expense Reports is specific to Coupa and CarrierAccount to Easypost — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Coupa for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling on updated-at and created-at filters (e.g.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Easypost through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionEasypost notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhooks deliver an Event via HTTP POST on object changes (e.g.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Coupa and Easypost with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Coupa and Easypost objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Coupa and Easypost: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Coupa's Invoices and Suppliers), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
On the Coupa side: Invoices, Suppliers, Users, Accounts, plus custom fields where Coupa exposes them. On the Easypost side: Shipment, Address, Parcel, Rate. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Coupa and Easypost: Where Coupa is the money system of record: payment status on the order; One customer master; Catalog and pricing stay aligned. Paid, overdue, and refunded state from Coupa lands on the order or account in Easypost, so the store and support see what has actually been collected.
Coupa: REST Core API (JSON or XML). Authentication: OAuth 2.0 / OIDC via the client-credentials grant; scopes take the service.object.right form (e.g. core.accounting.read, core.accounting.write). Legacy API keys are being retired (no new keys since R34; API-key auth unsupported from R36). Access tokens last 24 hours. Easypost: REST API (EasyPost API v2, https://api.easypost.com/v2). Authentication: HTTP Basic auth with the API key as the username and an empty password (Bearer token also accepted); separate Test and Production keys. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Coupa: Some objects are read-mostly and specific fields lock once a document is approved (e.g. approved invoices), so writes must respect Coupa's document lifecycle. Easypost: Rates are generated by EasyPost, not written - you create a Shipment, receive a set of Rate options, then buy against the chosen rate id, and the label (postage_label) and tracking_code come back on the purchased Shipment. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Coupa and Easypost without custom code.
