Two-way sync
Changes in Clari or Slack instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Clari and Slack in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
The CRM is supposed to be the record of every customer relationship, but customer-relevant information also accumulates in the other tools a team runs. Whatever Slack holds or produces that touches a customer, whether conversations, payments, replies, enriched data, or notes, the CRM only benefits if it arrives without someone copying it over.
Stacksync connects Threads, Users, User groups, Files in Slack to Audit Events, Forecast, Quota, Opportunities in Clari with bi-directional, real-time sync. Activity and record changes in Slack update the matching contact or account in Clari, and CRM data flows the other way wherever Slack can store and use it.
Owner, lifecycle stage, or account details from Clari sync into Slack, so people working there have the context without switching tools.
Tickets and conversations attach to the right contact and account in Clari, so sales sees open issues before the next call.
Enriched fields land directly on records in Clari, and refreshes keep them from going stale.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Clari objects | Slack objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Activity (Capture) Meetings, emails, and attachments captured by Clari and mapped to accounts and opportunities; exported read-only via async activity jobs. | Messages Keyed by channel and timestamp; posted via chat.postMessage and read via history methods. | Activity (Capture) is specific to Clari and Messages to Slack — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Account field extensions External data points written onto Account records through the ingest API in initial or incremental mode; requires an apikey plus a partnerkey. | Threads Replies grouped under a parent message timestamp, preserved when archiving conversations. | Account field extensions is specific to Clari and Threads to Slack — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Opportunity field extensions Warehouse-computed fields pushed onto Opportunity records via the ingest API; up to 100 records per request or 10MB bulk files. | Users Workspace members with profile fields, synced against HR systems and identity providers. | Opportunity field extensions is specific to Clari and Users to Slack — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Audit Events User edits and system events exported with filtering by actor, session, and date range; read-only feed for change tracking and compliance. | User groups Handles like @support that map to teams in external systems. | Audit Events is specific to Clari and User groups to Slack — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Forecast Exported per forecast tab and fiscal period via async jobs; includes submitted forecast calls, updates, manager adjustments, and CRM totals. Read-only. | Files Uploads attached to messages, retrievable for archiving. | Forecast is specific to Clari and Files to Slack — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Quota Quota and quota-history values exported alongside forecast data, scoped by fiscal quarter; read-only, useful for warehouse attainment reporting. | Reactions Emoji responses that can drive workflows, such as approving a synced record. | Quota is specific to Clari and Reactions to Slack — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Clari for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling — reads run as asynchronous export jobs (submit export, poll job status, download results).
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Slack through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionSlack notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Events API webhooks, delivered over HTTP callbacks or Socket Mode.

Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Clari and Slack.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Clari and Slack with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Clari and Slack objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Clari and Slack: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Clari's Activity (Capture) and Account field extensions), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Clari and Slack: Where Slack can store CRM context: fields kept current; Where Slack handles support or shared inboxes; Where Slack supplies contact or company data. Owner, lifecycle stage, or account details from Clari sync into Slack, so people working there have the context without switching tools.
Clari: REST APIs on api.clari.com - Export API (v4, asynchronous bulk jobs for forecast, quota, activity, and audit) and Ingest API (v2, field extensions); Opportunity reads are synchronous via GET /opportunity. Authentication: API token in the apikey header, generated per user in Settings; ingest/partner endpoints also require a partnerkey header, and Copilot endpoints require X-Api-Key and X-Api-Password. Slack: Web API (HTTP RPC-style methods) plus the Events API. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 with bot or user tokens and granular scopes. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Slack: Message content beyond plain text is structured with Block Kit, which a sync layer must compose when writing. Clari: Most Clari endpoints are read/export only; the sole write path is the ingest API, which sets Account and Opportunity field extensions and cannot create opportunities, forecasts, or quotas. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Clari and Slack without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Clari and Slack records are not retained after a sync operation.
As a data company, we understand the importance of keeping your data secure. Stacksync is built with security best practices to keep your data safe at every layer, and is DPF-certified for US, EU, UK and CH data transfers.
