Two-way sync
Changes in Clari or Elasticsearch instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Clari and Elasticsearch in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Product and engineering teams constantly need CRM data, and the CRM API is a poor way to get it: rate limits, pagination, custom objects, and integration code that breaks when an admin renames a field. What they actually want is the data in Elasticsearch, where it can be queried and joined like everything else.
Stacksync mirrors Quota, Opportunities, Activity (Capture), Account field extensions from Clari into Documents, Index mappings, Aliases, Data streams in Elasticsearch with real-time, bi-directional sync. Read CRM records with plain queries; write updates from your application and they appear in Clari with validation intact. Go-to-market teams keep working in the CRM, engineers keep working in the database, and neither has to think about the other.
Field and stage updates in Clari arrive as row changes in Elasticsearch, ready to drive jobs and notifications.
Accounts, contacts, and custom objects from Clari become tables in Elasticsearch you can join with application data directly.
Signup, usage, or lifecycle changes written to Elasticsearch sync onto the matching records in Clari, giving go-to-market teams live product context.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Clari objects | Elasticsearch objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Activity (Capture) Meetings, emails, and attachments captured by Clari and mapped to accounts and opportunities; exported read-only via async activity jobs. | Documents The unit of sync; JSON records created, updated, and deleted by _id. | Activity (Capture) is specific to Clari and Documents to Elasticsearch — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Account field extensions External data points written onto Account records through the ingest API in initial or incremental mode; requires an apikey plus a partnerkey. | Index mappings Field type definitions that determine how synced fields are indexed and queried. | Account field extensions is specific to Clari and Index mappings to Elasticsearch — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Opportunity field extensions Warehouse-computed fields pushed onto Opportunity records via the ingest API; up to 100 records per request or 10MB bulk files. | Aliases Stable read/write names that let a sync cut over between index versions without downtime. | Opportunity field extensions is specific to Clari and Aliases to Elasticsearch — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Audit Events User edits and system events exported with filtering by actor, session, and date range; read-only feed for change tracking and compliance. | Data streams Append-only targets for time-series or event data pushed from source systems. | Audit Events is specific to Clari and Data streams to Elasticsearch — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Forecast Exported per forecast tab and fiscal period via async jobs; includes submitted forecast calls, updates, manager adjustments, and CRM totals. Read-only. | Ingest pipelines Server-side transforms applied to documents as a sync writes them. | Forecast is specific to Clari and Ingest pipelines to Elasticsearch — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Quota Quota and quota-history values exported alongside forecast data, scoped by fiscal quarter; read-only, useful for warehouse attainment reporting. | Index templates Reusable settings and mappings applied automatically to new indices a sync creates. | Quota is specific to Clari and Index templates to Elasticsearch — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Clari for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling — reads run as asynchronous export jobs (submit export, poll job status, download results).
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Elasticsearch through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Clari–Elasticsearch connection.
Changes in Clari or Elasticsearch instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Clari or Elasticsearch data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Clari or Elasticsearch record.
Track your Clari ⇄ Elasticsearch sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Clari and Elasticsearch.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Clari and Elasticsearch with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Clari and Elasticsearch objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Clari and Elasticsearch: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Clari's Activity (Capture) and Account field extensions), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Clari and Elasticsearch: Trigger workflows from CRM changes; Query the CRM like a database; Product events onto CRM records. Field and stage updates in Clari arrive as row changes in Elasticsearch, ready to drive jobs and notifications.
Clari: REST APIs on api.clari.com - Export API (v4, asynchronous bulk jobs for forecast, quota, activity, and audit) and Ingest API (v2, field extensions); Opportunity reads are synchronous via GET /opportunity. Authentication: API token in the apikey header, generated per user in Settings; ingest/partner endpoints also require a partnerkey header, and Copilot endpoints require X-Api-Key and X-Api-Password. Elasticsearch: REST API (JSON over HTTP). Authentication: API keys or basic authentication; Elastic Cloud also issues service account tokens. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Clari: Reads are asynchronous bulk jobs: submit an export, poll job status (SCHEDULED/STARTED/DONE/FAILED), then download results — the one exception is Opportunity, which is read synchronously via GET /opportunity. Elasticsearch: Writes are addressed by document _id, so upserts map directly onto the index API, and the _bulk endpoint batches many operations in a single request. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Clari and Elasticsearch without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Clari and Elasticsearch records are not retained after a sync operation.
As a data company, we understand the importance of keeping your data secure. Stacksync is built with security best practices to keep your data safe at every layer, and is DPF-certified for US, EU, UK and CH data transfers.
Let your users access Stacksync from your centralized user management systems. Works with Okta, Azure, Google SSO and more.
Immediately get alerted about record syncing issues over email, Slack, PagerDuty and WhatsApp. Resolve issues from a centralized dashboard with retry and revert options.
