Two-way sync
Changes in Clari or Egnyte instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Clari and Egnyte in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Clari holds the customer relationship as structured records; Egnyte holds the files that belong to those relationships, from contracts and proposals to signed agreements and statements of work. The two are linked in practice and disconnected in software: someone downloads a document, renames it, and uploads it to the right folder, or exports records out to storage for retention. Done by hand, files drift away from the records they belong to and copies fall out of date.
Stacksync keeps Quota, Opportunities, Activity (Capture), Account field extensions in Clari aligned with Folders, Users, Groups, Permissions in Egnyte, in real time. A new account or deal can open its own folder in Egnyte; a document filed in Egnyte can surface as a link and metadata on the matching record in Clari; and records from Clari can be written into Egnyte as files or objects for backup, archival, and compliance. You choose which side owns what, and Stacksync keeps the two consistent as either one changes.
When an account or deal is created in Clari, a matching folder or container opens in Egnyte, named and organized the same way, so files have a home the moment they are needed.
A contract, proposal, or signed agreement filed in Egnyte surfaces as a link on the matching record in Clari, so the customer's paperwork sits with the relationship instead of a shared drive.
Records from Clari are written into Egnyte as files or objects on the schedule you set, giving you a durable copy for backup, retention, and compliance without an export to run by hand.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Clari objects | Egnyte objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Opportunity field extensions Warehouse-computed fields pushed onto Opportunity records via the ingest API; up to 100 records per request or 10MB bulk files. | Files File content managed via the fs-content endpoint (upload/download, chunked for large files); synced two-way with other stores. | Opportunity field extensions is specific to Clari and Files to Egnyte — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Audit Events User edits and system events exported with filtering by actor, session, and date range; read-only feed for change tracking and compliance. | Folders Folder hierarchy managed via the fs endpoint (create, move, rename, delete); the tree structure is mirrored during sync. | Audit Events is specific to Clari and Folders to Egnyte — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Forecast Exported per forecast tab and fiscal period via async jobs; includes submitted forecast calls, updates, manager adjustments, and CRM totals. Read-only. | Users Accounts managed via the Users API; provisioned, updated, and deactivated in sync with an HRIS or identity provider. | Forecast is specific to Clari and Users to Egnyte — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Quota Quota and quota-history values exported alongside forecast data, scoped by fiscal quarter; read-only, useful for warehouse attainment reporting. | Groups Groups and membership managed via the Groups API; kept aligned with directory or IdP groups that drive folder access. | Quota is specific to Clari and Groups to Egnyte — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Opportunities Retrieved synchronously by ID from GET /opportunity (up to 100 IDs per call) with Clari CRM scoring and field-change history; read-only, mirroring the CRM opportunity Clari sits on. | Permissions Folder permissions listed, set, and removed via the Permissions API; effective permission for a user/folder is computable. | Opportunities is specific to Clari and Permissions to Egnyte — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Activity (Capture) Meetings, emails, and attachments captured by Clari and mapped to accounts and opportunities; exported read-only via async activity jobs. | Links Shared file and folder links created, listed, and revoked via the Links API; useful for governing and auditing external sharing. | Activity (Capture) is specific to Clari and Links to Egnyte — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Clari for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling — reads run as asynchronous export jobs (submit export, poll job status, download results).
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Egnyte through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionEgnyte notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Events API polled with an incremental cursor (Egnyte recommends an interval of 5 minutes or more), or Webhooks push notifications for fs, metadata,.

Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Clari and Egnyte.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Clari and Egnyte with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Clari and Egnyte objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Clari and Egnyte: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Clari's Opportunity field extensions and Audit Events), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Clari: Most Clari endpoints are read/export only; the sole write path is the ingest API, which sets Account and Opportunity field extensions and cannot create opportunities, forecasts, or quotas. Egnyte: Default API keys are throttled to 2 requests/second and 1,000 calls/day; production volume requires contacting Egnyte to raise per-token limits. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Clari and Egnyte without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Clari and Egnyte records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Clari and Egnyte connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Clari–Egnyte integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Clari and Egnyte. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Clari: Polling — reads run as asynchronous export jobs (submit export, poll job status, download results); the ingest API supports an incremental mode for regular field updates. No webhooks. On Egnyte: Events API polled with an incremental cursor (Egnyte recommends an interval of 5 minutes or more), or Webhooks push notifications for fs, metadata, permission, and comment events. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
