Two-way sync
Changes in Chorusai or Jobvite instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Chorusai and Jobvite in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Chorusai runs on people as much as on accounts: every contact, deal, and account has an owner, and those owners are employees whose roles, teams, and status are held in Jobvite. Jobvite is the system of record for the workforce, from new hires to promotions to departures, and often for the candidates the business is still deciding on. When the two systems are connected only by re-keying or an overnight export, they drift apart, and the CRM ends up assigning accounts to people who have left, holding territories that no longer match the org chart, and waiting days to give a new rep access.
Stacksync syncs Trackers, Deals, Scorecards, Moments in Chorusai with Candidate, Requisition (Job), Application, Workflow Status in Jobvite field by field, in real time, and in both directions. You decide which system owns which fields, so Jobvite stays authoritative on roles and org structure while Chorusai keeps ownership and territory current, and Stacksync resolves conflicts by the rules you set.
A person's name, title, email, phone, or manager corrected in either system updates the other, so both stop maintaining separate copies of the same individual.
A person recorded in Jobvite, such as a candidate or applicant, can create or update the matching contact in Chorusai, so relationship history and outreach are not rebuilt from scratch when the same individual appears in both.
When Jobvite records a new hire, a matching user or owner is created in Chorusai, so a new rep can start working accounts without waiting on a manual setup ticket.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Chorusai objects | Jobvite objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Users Chorus users with roles and team membership; read to map engagement owners and participants to CRM and warehouse identities. | Employee Employee roster pushed through POST /employee (Onboard sync), used for referral matching and internal-mobility job postings. | Users is specific to Chorusai and Employee to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Trackers AI keyword and topic trackers (pricing, competitors, next steps) surfaced within a conversation; read out as coaching and deal-risk signals. | Attachment Resumes, cover letters, and files attached to a candidate; synced out to object storage or a document management system. | Trackers is specific to Chorusai and Attachment to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Deals CRM opportunity context attached to a conversation (account, deal, owner); read to attribute call activity to open pipeline. | Offer Offer state tied to an application (extended, accepted, declined); read out for offer-acceptance reporting and written to downstream comp or HR systems. | Deals is specific to Chorusai and Offer to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Scorecards Call QA and coaching assessments with reviewer, recipient, and scores; read and exported for rep-performance reporting. | Candidate Read from the candidate feed (GET /candidate) and written back via POST /candidate/updateCandidates to change status, notes, and disposition on each record. | Scorecards is specific to Chorusai and Candidate to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Moments Timestamped highlight clips from a conversation; created via the API to capture key call snippets. | Requisition (Job) Job openings created or updated through POST /job and read from GET /jobFeed; maps to opening tables in an ATS reporting warehouse. | Moments is specific to Chorusai and Requisition (Job) to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Playlists Curated collections of Moments and Recordings; created and managed to share coaching examples across teams. | Application Links a candidate to one requisition with its workflow state; read for pipeline reporting and status written back through the candidate update call. | Playlists is specific to Chorusai and Application to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Chorusai for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling the engagements endpoint on date_time and processing_state.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Jobvite through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionJobvite notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. A candidate hired webhook, configured per customer by a Jobvite rep, POSTs to a custom URL on hire/offer-accepted events.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Chorusai through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Chorusai and Jobvite: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Chorusai's Users and Trackers), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
On the Chorusai side: Trackers, Deals, Scorecards, Moments, plus custom fields where Chorusai exposes them. On the Jobvite side: Candidate, Requisition (Job), Application, Workflow Status. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Chorusai and Jobvite: One directory of people; Where Jobvite tracks people the business also engages: contacts stay in sync; New team members provisioned when they are hired. A person's name, title, email, phone, or manager corrected in either system updates the other, so both stop maintaining separate copies of the same individual.
Chorusai: REST API (api-docs.chorus.ai). Authentication: Per-user API token generated in Chorus Personal Settings, sent in the Authorization request header. Jobvite: REST API (JSON) with candidate, requisition (job), and employee feed endpoints under https://api.jobvite.com/{version}. Authentication: API key (api) and secret (sc) plus company ID (companyId), sent in request headers since Jobvite's April 1, 2024 move from URL-query to header-based auth. Credentials are provisioned per customer by Jobvite Support. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Chorusai: There are no public change webhooks; new and updated engagements are found by polling the engagements endpoint filtered on date_time and processing_state. Jobvite: As of April 1, 2024 Jobvite requires credentials (api key plus sc secret) in request headers; the older URL-query authentication was retired. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Chorusai and Jobvite without custom code.
