Pendo: Pendo Engage API (REST) on app.pendo.io (US) / app.eu.pendo.io (EU), base path /api/v1/ - Aggregation API for reads and the Metadata API for writes. Authentication: Integration key sent in the x-pendo-integration-key header, generated in Subscription Settings; keys are scoped read-only or read/write, so writes require a read/write key. Pendo: The only write path is the Metadata API, which sets custom Visitor and Account fields (single Set Value or bulk Set Values); it writes to writable groups such as custom and cannot create events or edit agent-collected fields. BigQuery: BigQuery is serverless: there are no clusters or warehouses to size, and storage and compute are billed separately. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between BigQuery and Pendo without custom code.
