Rate-limit considerations

  • BigQuery: Subject to Google Cloud quotas on queries, DML, and streaming; DML is supported but the platform favors append-heavy batch and streaming loads over row-at-a-time writes.
  • Infobip: Message-sending throughput is provisioned per account and per number/sender rather than one fixed global cap; non-messaging endpoints are throttled and return HTTP 429 Too Many Requests when usage exceeds expected levels.
